Jerry and Brandy have been the very best. They made Stella feel so at home during her journey home. These guys were really a lifesaver as they helped us move our things, our dog and our car from Seattle to Texas. I mean, who can do that with one mover?? Jerry is also very helpful as he helped us carry boxes from the second floor to load up the van. They had a small hiccup with the trailer, and Jerry came up with a solution that had him back on the road within the hour. Very impressed!

Lost 350$ for “half up front” for him to turn off his phone number, and make it unreachable. Please avoid using this company at all costs. I was booked for 19 days prior to (planned) pick up. On Jun 10: Booked with citizenshipper, payed $350 “half up front” through Venmo. On Jun 26: Texted him, confirming we were still on track for pickup. Text was delivered (iMessage) but no response On 26 Jun: Texted again, got a response that pickup would be late evening on Saturday Jun 29, and that I would get details as he got closer. Jun 29: I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, but by 5pm I tried texting him, and my messages weren’t going through. Then tried calling him, and the phone was disconnected. Also had other phones try to call with the same response. Overall, do not trust this man. I am out $350 and was caught scrambling to have my puppy transported to a family members house while I was away for work.

Maykel and his partner Leo were absolutely wonderful ❤️ I couldn't have been more pleased or chosen a better team to get a very special puppy to me. I had hired a different transporter 6 weeks ago, paid a deposit and then the day of pick up that guy canceled, and canceled two more times within two days. I had gone through so much but once i started looking for a new transporter, Maykel was the first to send me a message. I wish i had picked him the first time around. Leo his partner sent photos the entire flight, kept me updated. Maykel called a few times to inform me of any changes in flight arrival and to touch base. I explained to Maykel my story about the importance of this puppy and i feel like he heard every word. This puppy is the grandaughter to my dog that had passed away on 3/11/24. The litter arrived 4/1/24. Normally i would rescue dogs from a shelter or rescue, but i had an opportunity to have a piece of my girl. Well Maykel said, i wont bring you just a piece of the dog, I'll bring you the whole dog......I absolutely would choose Maykel and his team again. Leo was so kind and allowed me and the pup " Nevaeh" enough time to get comfortable. Maykel and Leo thank you so so much. Without you, I just don't feel Nevaeh would be here. Don’t send your pet with just anyone, send them with Pet Transportation Guru, He worked with us to get our pup across the United States and gave us and her the level of care you would expect if you were able to do it yourself possibly more. I've had a very positive experience with Melicia and Deja. Tuesday they picked up thirteen pigeons to transport from Portland Oregon to Tulsa Oklahoma. I was nervous about turning my pigeons over to strangers but as soon as I met Melicia and Deja my concerns were eliminated. I found them to be genuine, kind, capable, they listened and asked good questions. I knew then all would be okay. Not only did they transport but they also had to change out kennels every night and also change food and water. They were amazing about providing updates and videos of the pigeons. If ever I need to move an animal or bird again, they will be the only ones I will contact because I know they are safe. I love them.

Natalia did an amazing job transporting our dog & cat from California to Virginia. She had a few other clients in between, but was able to accommodate the delivery day & time we needed, even though it took some planning. Her vehicle was new, very clean, comfortable and so well organized. She frequently sent pictures of our pets along with updates. The pictures were so nice I saved them. All this was for a very competitive price, much less than some bidders. I never had to worry about anything, knowing my pets were in such professional hands!

DO NOT TRUST THIS!! I scheduled transport with this account a month ago and up until the 17th of this month (June) they responded at a good speed and confirmed my transport twice. A day before the scheduled transport on the 27th, it goes dark. No answers no communication. At first I didn't think much of it because maybe they're driving. The 28th comes around for our scheduled transport and again. No answers, no communication, its silent. The phone gets forwarded to voicemail, no one answers texts or the site and no one shows up. I waited until today on the 29th at the same pickup time and again. No one here. No way to reach them. Nothing. I'm reporting them to citizen Shipper and putting a scam alert on the money I already paid. Dont fall for these people. Book someone else!!!

Barbara was extremely easy to work with and great with animals! My dog got a little nervous and nipped at her as a warning when they first met, but she handled the situation incredibly professionally and they became great friends by the end of the transport (as evidenced by the pictures). She gave me an app to keep track of their location the entire time, provided references prior to the trip, and was extremely flexible with both pickup and drop off times according to our schedules! I would highly recommend hiring her!

Everything was all set for Kenneth to pick up my kittens in NC and bring them to me in Florida. I had not heard from him in a week and his number went immediately to a message stating that his number had been changed or disconnected. I contacted Citizenshipper, who finally was able to get in contact with him. He told them that his car broke down and it was going to take 3-4 weeks to get repaired. I think he is only trying to keep his profile from being locked again by Citizenshipper. I gave him a deposit, which I will probably never get back. I am trying to get his profile remove from Citizenshipper until he pays me the deposit that I gave him. Don't book with him!!!

Thanks again for the safe delivery of my new truck from Atlanta GA to Palm Beach FL. I was really nervous to be honest. I’ve shipped puppies before but shipping my parrot is something entirely different. But the communication, the fact that they got her here in a timely fashion, and there were absolutely no issues made this a good experience. I had a very good experience with Factory Transporters giving my pit bull terrier a lift from Chicago to Florida. They were very easy to communicate with, gave me a decent rate on the trip, were prompt in alerting me about pick-up and drop-off times and got Zoey to her destination on time.
