I would not use this transport again. When I asked for how soon my dog would arrive, she said the next day. My dog didn't arrive for 3 days. I was told she would be picked up around 10:00 am and dog was not picked up until later in the evening. I paid the initial fee, again asking her how to pay the final payment, which she insisted had to be cash. She said when the dog was delivered i would pay the driver. After no dog showed up the next day, I inquired and was told maybe that evening, and the. asked to pay the final payment. I said no i would pay when she got here in Wyoming. Later in the day i asked again for her estimated delivery and again was told a time of the morning of the next day. I was asked for funds again and i said quite frankly that i would pay in cash when the dog was here. When they finally arrived I couldn't even look at my dog and was asked for payment. I will never ever use this transport again. I had to take three days off work due to their machinations and I do not appreciate being told one thing on the phone and then getting something totally different. Poor Poor service.
