A++. Freddy, our large cattle dog, is not that easy. Our driver Mona was unbelievable. Her car was outfitted unbelievably well for Freddy. When she got here there was a miscommunication between us and the breeder and we thought the puppy would arrive with a kennel we could keep. Amazing! Such a pain in the butt dealing with multiple airlines with different tules for different countries that dont agree with eachother. Having my flights canceled and being redirected and told different instructions, all pertaining to moving ny cats, and landing late and being told i would have to start over and wait 48 hours. Anyway besides the point, Luis Vasques just says "Hold my beer" and he gets it done. Day comes and they tell Luis ' wellllllll, now you have to this to do before you can ship', Luis "not a problem " airline tells you you cant receive your ticket until the connecting flight gives you a ticket and an ok to travel on the flight, ecen though your pets would have already gone through customs, Luis 'not an issue'. And now you landed back into the US late and they want you to start the process over just to get AA flight from Texas to Missouri, Luis 'ill take care of it and take the flights tomorrow, no extra cost' and now the next airline, AA, says the pet carrier you used to come into the US of A is not acceptable and you have to purchase another seat ticket and get soft carriers to have them as carry on, Luis 'Ill take it from here' Great service and an even freater carrier! Highly recommended!

Anton was on time for the pick up however, he was late for the delievery by 3-4 hours. Which made the person who was waiting wait unneccesarily long. He was also disrespectful to that person by taling a picture of them without consent. His communication skills are lacking as well. When I asked him about his estimated time of arrival he said midnight when he was already late and he was supposed to be there by 4-5pm. Also the welfare of my pet wasn't taken into consideration. Not only the trip was lomger then it was supposed to be apparently my pet was buried underneath a pile of clothes. Overall would not recommend Anton or even Citizenshipper to anyone especially since I couldn't get even a partial refund for the bad experience.

I was extremely pleased with Lorenzia's manner and how professionally she presented herself. I will 100% recommend her for transporting a pet and will definitely request her service in the future. This was a last-minute, time-sensitive delivery to meet the requirements to ship a Chihuahua puppy to the Dominican Republic. To say I was worried because this was a transport person I had no prior experience with would be an understatement. To compound the fear, I am not technologically proficient in the least (I.E. no cell phone). Lorenzia had to converse with me via land-line. She was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Traffic and weather were an issue, but Lorenzia was in contact with me and the purchaser throughout the entire process so there was much less stress as we were kept informed of any delays. The puppy arrived in wonderful condition, clean, and happy. To my good fortune, this was a shared transport so the cost was very, very competitive and reasonable.
