I have used various transporters for my dog and Ally is by far the best one out of all of them. I was in a horrible situation where I was laid off from work for two months and had to move from TN to Ohio if I wanted to get my life back basically. My dog , Chloe (50 lb pitbull) is my life. I view her as my child and love her more than anything in the world. Since I had to travel in hotels and leave for 10 hours at a time, I had no choice but to have my dog transported to my dad’s house to be a safe. It broke my heart so much. Since I’ve had bad experiences on citizen shipper, I worried so much about having my dog getting sent back to my parents (again). I swear to all viewers on this site, you will not find a better shipper then Ally. Ally even sings songs to my dog which my dog loves. Ally made sure my dog was happy the whole trip. She gave her much love and treats.. Ally truly loves animals and believe it or not, a lot of ppl in this business do this just for money and could care less about your pet being happy or not. She sent me update photos the whole trip and I’ve never been more comfortable with another person handling my dog in my life (outside of family). I want Ally to be there in the further for my connection back to my dog when I settle back down in something other then a hotel. Again, I promise you Ally is your best option. Such a wonderful experience with Jessica! She went above and beyond to take care of our puppy. I have a 98 pound 3 year old German Shepherd and that dog loved her so much not sure he wanted to stay here with me once she delivered him. She sent videos and many, many pictures the entire trip. I truly wanted to be one of the positive reviews, but I am definitely not. I contacted State by State Carrier for a pick-up scheduled for Sunday/Monday due to an out-of-state move and our house closing. I made it very clear about the dates; communication was great until I completed the booking. I asked numerous times for updates and only received a generic “the driver will call you,” which never happened. Sunday rolls around, and after asking again, I received the same response. My husband called and was met with confusion and the response, “I don’t have an order.” Now we are stressed; he said he’d have someone pick it up Monday. We waited at the property; I texted and received the same "driver will contact you" response. We texted again at 4:50 pm and found out the driver was not coming. We contacted Citizen Shipper, and they helped communicate with the carrier, giving them another chance (I know, bad idea). We paid extra to have our vehicles remain on the property until Thursday pick-up. Guess what - never happened. I texted him every 5 hours with zero movement. I placed an urgent post on Citizen Shipper, to which they responded that they could do it - ridiculous. After we were no longer working together and after posting the urgent bid needing help, he made a comment about double booking. I was working exclusively with State by State until they made it very clear they could not accomplish the transport. His response was, "You totally right. And I do understand." Communication was abysmal, and the stress and financial burden caused by this failure were unnecessary. We eventually found another carrier that could accomplish the transport. I have the text chain to prove all the communication (and lack thereof). We have no additional communication with the carrier since this and Citizen Shipper has contacted them to find out why they have not cancelled our transportation order that they were unable to fill.
