I only rate one star because zero isn’t an option. I paid for VIP transport for my 8 week old puppy because at that young age he hasnt had all parvo vaccines. VIP was to guarantee that he was the only animal in the vehicle. Not only was another dog in the vehicle, but she planned to keep my puppy overnight at her home (she has animals also. The transport was an 11 hour drive. He was picked up at 10am on 6/21 and she planned to get him to me at noon the on 6/22.(I was never told this until he was already in their transport vehicle. Thats when I was made aware he was going to their home for overnight stay. I obtained a partial refund and the dog was brought directly to me last night. The driver that delivered my pup was nice (not her fault) . I highly recommend using the airlines for transport. They have federal regulations and are required to disclose all information. This was a horrible experience and the drivers run nonstop for days on end. That isn’t safe and this company obviously is dishonest. I will take my pup to the vet on Monday and we will continue to monitor him for any parvo signs. I was upset beyond words. The animals are packed in vehicles like sardines. It’s horrible and unsafe as my pups vaccine records were not even looked at when he was picked up. So it’s obvious safety and providing the service we as consumers paid for. I would have NEVER known except in conversation with my pups breeder after pick up the topic came up about the other dog. That dog was not visible, until he barked. The breeder ask me if I knew about it. He knew my goal was to have my new puppy with the least exposure possible to any disease.

Radik was exceptional! After a last minute change of plan we had to quickly find a way of getting our 1 year old puppy from South Florida to New York… Radik to the rescue! He was wonderful at communicating with us, letting us know his plans and sending pictures/videos of our pup during his journey. When we were reunited, our pup was genuinely sad to see him and his companion French bulldog pups (his own dogs who he brought along for the ride) head home…. Jason was able to pick up our puppy almost at the last minute when our original transport decided to take a mini vacation and not agree to the original date. We are so thankful for Jason who picked up puppy from breeder at agreed upon time. Sent pics and updates and location through out the 9+ hour drive to our home and arrived at the estimated time. Stacy towed our 20 ft. Alumaweld from Seattle to East Tennessee. Of course we were more than a little apprehensive about the long haul, but after contracting Stacy and discussing the trip, our worries were put to an end. He treated our boat as if it were his own. mUpon inital inspection he spotted a few problems and took care of them before he started out. He stayed intouch the entire time and even supplied tracking software that allow us, in realtime to monitor where he was and how fast he was going. If we ever have another shipping project he will definitely be our first choice

Sarah is a very nice person and very respectful when it comes to her verbiage. However, I am extremely disappointed with how she handled my transport. After booking, she waited weeks to book a flight to which she didn't even have the time off work to go the day I requested. She also did not want to fly into the requested airport I had on my listing... trying to do another airport 2 hours away from breeder. Furthermore, when trying to receive a refund through Citizenshipper, I was unsuccessful due to her telling them I was the one to switch airports, that was far from the case. After trying to cancel 10 days before transport, she was not willing to negotiate another day and ignored my texts. I believe she has real potential but needs to work on communication and scheduling.

I am so happy that I chose Donna for my pet transport needs. I have three skittish cats but we got them in the crate with very little effort. She drove them from Sarasota FL to Crossville Tennessee and arrived right on time! She sent pictures and texts all along the way. My cats looked relaxed and basically slept the whole time, which Donna said they would! I’m a nervous cat mom but Donna eased my nerves and made the whole process smooth and efficient. This is a bit delayed but we wanted to provide a review for Devin. Our situation was heartbreaking as we had to rehome our dog back to the breeders in anticipation of a new baby and his aggressive tendencies towards us and our other child. We were beside ourselves and with his breed, flying from Nevada to Alabama was not an option. We found Devin and his pet transportation service after researching online and we have to say, we are forever grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and all-around goodness in the entirety of the trip. Devin was so incredibly kind and understanding. He also provided heartfelt updates along the way. Devin had an unfortunate run-in with a deer in a rural area and never ceased to keep all owners up to date. He stayed with the animals he was transporting through a very stressful situation, ensuring their safe transport with a new vehicle and subsequent dropoff. He even offered a discount for the inconvenience but in our opinion, he deserved more than what we were quoted for his service simply for his care and attention- always putting the animals first. We are forever grateful for Devin and his services and will most definitely be recommending him to anyone we come across in the future who is in need of animal transport.

They need to cover 1,300 miles it took them more then expected. None of the ETA provided was follow in time correctly, the receiver and the shipper not satisfied with the whole process, the C&C never disclose that on this trip they need to pick up or deliver to different places different pets, took them from Friday to Monday morning. They never been in time when they pick -up and then when they deliver. They said they will come at 6.00 am , I was wake up at 4.30 am they show up at 10 am. They called me on Monday morning to make a payment at 4.00 am in the morning not professional. The dog was for 3 days in the car when he get to the new owner he poop and pee in the home he was very traumatize.
