I am fabulously impressed with the service that Madison provided to transport my pup from Florida to MA. Immediately after accepting her bid, Madison called me right away and talked with me for about 20 minutes about what to expect and all about my dog. It put me to ease being able to talk to her right away. Her attention to detail with questionnaires about my dogs likes and dislikes and temperament was complete and showed me that she really wanted to get to know my dog. Her communication was excellent and she made the transition seamless. She arrived on time and kept in touch with me before arriving to my home. Madison is gentle and kind and trustworthy and clearly loves what she does. My sweet girl did great traveling in the van which was incredibly safe with specially designed very roomy , Impact tested crates. They provided updates and photos all along the way to assure me that she was doing OK. Having the ability to transport my dog and a safe environment with caring people who assured her safety and comfort was so important to me. Madison and her team delivered above and beyond that. I am so excited to be able to bring my sweet dog to Florida with me next time . We are thankful for Anton transporting Bella from NJ to TX. I am in the military and had to relocate across the country with all my fur babies. Unfortunately our dog is too large to fly in cabin and we were concerned about her flying cargo especially because they don’t have temperature control there and it’s a savage summer in TX. She is a 1 year old shy husky who takes time to warm up to strangers but did well throughout her trip. We were able to track her location and received updates/pictures throughout the day. The trip was fast (approximately 1.75 days) and Anton was very kind and allowed us to receive Bella late in the night before he took a break so that she did not have to spend an extra half day away from us. We are very happy with the service and although traveling long distance by ground is not the most comfortable for any pet, we are happy that she was safe and well taken care of!

Blue guy carriers is the best!!! I shipped my dog with blue guy carriers, from Tennessee, to Oregon. It was a really high stakes transport for me. My dog was a rescue, and needed the transport, immediately! I tried other companies for days, and spent hours calling every company I could. Then, Blue guy came to the rescue! I booked with Blue guy, and couldn’t be happier. The entire trip, the driver went above and beyond! He ensured my dog was comfortable, had plenty of time to exercise on his long trip, and even gave me a special brush for cleaning up dog hair in my car. The best part was, the entire trip was worry free! He is a great dog handler, and genuinely cares about the animal. His knowledge of how to interact with them, was impressive! You can tell, he has experience working with animals. The tracking feature he provides is also, great! But, communication is so good, I didn’t even need to use it! I always knew exactly where my dog was. I cannot recommend this company enough! I will use blue guy carriers, every time it’s an option.

John was amazing to work with and provided comfortable and safe transport for my 11 week old mini Aussie. There was clear communication the entire way. Something that gave me piece of mind was he shared his location as soon I booked with him and kept it on until he delivered my pup.
