We took the bid specifically because it said “VIP private transports” where our pet was suppose to be the only one in the vehicle because our dog is afraid of other dogs, even though the bid for Door to Door was over double the price of group travel rates. Our dog was picked up a day late and delivered multiple days later than expected, adding to our stress and the dogs. The entire trip the was no communication from the drivers other than when we reached out directly asking for updates. When they arrived, we found out that they were late because the drivers were doing multiple dog deliveries at once. We raised that fact that we were very upset about the fact that we paid so much for a private trip, only to find out we did not receive the service we paid for, and instead received a group trip that further stress our dog. Instead of an apologizing, Rachel, the owner of Door to Door, got mad at us, saying she had already paid the driver and that she would “look up the laws in our state for theft of services” even though we had not threatened to not pay, simply said we were angry because we were lied to about not receiving the service we had paid for. Rachel said that they cannot control what their drivers do, which I get to a degree, but if they are going to expand to a point where so many people are working for them, they should also take better ownership of their screw ups. After hours of arguing and trying to blame us somehow, Rachel ultimately apologized for her behavior and discounted the route by a couple hundred dollars. However, we still paid $400 more than equivalent bids for group rides that would have been multiple days faster, which as I said, we did not even want due to our dogs fear of other dogs. So my takeaway is that while some drivers at Door to Door may be good, not all are, and the people running the company seem to take nearly no accountability. It was a horrible experience and I strongly recommend do you go with smaller transporter, because at least that way you know who you are dealing with and they will have to take accountability for their own actions. Also, there is a very good chance you will pay Door to Door hundreds of dollars extra, just to be lied to about the service they provide.

Before purchasing the services communicaiton was outstanding. As soon as the deposit went through the "demands" came and communication fell to almost non existant. As far as a demand goes, she was fighiting about picking up the puppy early but due to the fact the owner would not be home it didn't work out that way. Our transport ended up still showing up late anyways for picking up the puppy. The trip was longer than anticipated and I understand weather has a play into that factor, however if there was proper communication and updates that would have easily remidied the situation. The major issue we have is our puppy when purchased did not show any signs of untrusting humans or hesitation around them. We have multiple videos and facetime calls with the breeder showing this. Now after delivery she won't come near us and is so scrared if anyone moves or does anything. I have never seen a dog act this way nor know what to do. She also reaked of being trapped in her own bodily waste like no other. I just am at a loss for words really. I hope and pray that our puppy can break out of this

These women care about what they do and it was easy to trust them to take good care of my pup when they transported her across country. Malicia kept in touch throughout the day with text and photo or video updates. I would not hesitate to hire them again. One thing I know now that I’d be sure to confirm before a next trip is to confirm the route your dog will be on so you know if there are other stops for other dogs along the way that will extend the journey. All went just fine with my dog’s trip but that is something I will know to clarify in the future.

Mr Christian is a wonderful gentleman. He transported a puppy to my son from us in N Florida to KCMO(1050+/- miles). We were concerned that she may be scared or not looked after very well using airline animal cargo.....so we started looking & found Mr Christian.....thank god for that! She was attended to at all times, loved & taken care of as if we had done it ourselves. ❤ I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. And, if you are a little skeptical at first, as were we, I mean you send your animal, all their belongs, etc on their way with a stranger hoping full well it makes it there, I get it. I can’t show my appreciation enough to Francisco and team for the care they provided to my dog Sparky. We had to move him from my dad’s home in New Mexico to mine in South Florida after my dad’s passing. Given the circumstances, Sparky was especially nervous (as was I). We got my dog, Miss Pepper, on a trip back home with DAM - and it got scheduled pretty very quickly - that same evening (thank goodness because I brought my dog with me to Illinois for a few months, only to come to the realization THAT MY PARENTS ARE NOT DOG PEOPLE :) They arrived in the rain, after driving through bad weather. Megan and her-co-pilot were very professional, and friendly. As her other reviews say, she sends photos and checks in. I have never used a transport company and I am HIGHLY satisfied with them! We own Holtsclaw Farm Designer Kennel. We have been breeding for over 10years and this has been the 1st time we ever used a transport service. Let me just tell you we will be using them more. My driver was amazing Great communication along with GPS tracking. This transport took place same day after booking.It was a two hour trip for him to pick up and he had the puppy delivered next day fifteen and a half hour trip for him. The puppy was a surprise for a couple for their anniversary. Seeing the phot is we're a blessing. We'll recommend to all of my purchasers in the future...

Kara was amazing! Customer service: 5-stars Communication: 5-stars Pet safety, management, & handling: 5 stars Kara communicated with me via the app and telephone to ensure a smooth pickup. Once she had my dog she took pictures along the way, kept me updated on walks, stops, feeding, etc., and let me know if there were any delays.
