Having Jennifer as our shipper for our cat was such a great choice. She stayed in contact with us the entire time, kept our cat fed, comfortable, safe and happy. She worked around the time schedule to pick.up our cat to come earlier due to a storm working it's way over. She did a professional job and we were all very comfortable with her services. I will definitely use her services again should I need it. I highly reccomend her.

Jennifer was amazing! She arrived early for the pickup... we ended up sending 2 dogs. She loaded the pups (for a small woman she is amazingly strong,) waited for us to gather last minute items necessary for their arrival at their new home... took their beds and blankets and headed off for the long journey to Atlanta. She sent me updates on their progress even though it was the middle of the night. She arrived right on time for the delivery... everybody was happy including the pups who I think mostly skipped the scenery in favor of more napping! I got a good night's rest knowing they were in expert hands!!

Jenn was wonderful! She took incredibly care of our pup Sydney. Sydney arrived from Australia into Texas and needed to be transported by car to Massachusetts. Jenn agreed to pick up Sydney from customs and bring her to us. Due to an unprecedented storm, Jenn and Sydney were stuck in Texas for three days. During that time, Jenn took wonderful care of Sydney - gave her a bath, lots of walks, cuddles, and play. Then when they were finally able to leave for their journey, Jenn kept in touch every step of the way with photos and updates. She was great and really took such good care of her. I would absolutely recommend Jenn to look after your fur baby.

Jennifer was very accommodating with messaging and updates at every stop or delay when transporting the puppy. She also sent several pictures of the puppy during the trip. The puppy was happy and delivered safely from door to door.
