Buying a puppy on-line from an unknown and then having to have him transported to me from strangers --- well, strangers no more. They were easy to talk to, and kept in touch with me through-out the journey. Lincoln just loved cuddling up with either Terry or Travis, whoever wasn't driving. Matthew brought our dog, Oakley, from Oklahoma to New York. I could tell that Oakley loved him and was treated well on the trip because he didn't want Matthew to leave. I generally received one update per day and did receive tracking information some days. As another review mentioned, Matthew is driving all day and doesn't text and drive, so you don't always hear back right away. I was a little worried at first, but I definitely didn't need to be. Overall, I'm very happy—Oakley made it safely and seemed to enjoy his trip and the price was very reasonable.

We previously had a 9 month old American bully that passed away 2 weeks ago with a severe illness which had my entire family devastated, the breeder worked with us to give us Otis his sister which was located in Hillside, Illinois and we live in Maryland, I was recommend by American airlines to use ground transport for our new American bully puppy named Halo thru CitizenShippers, Yes, I was very hesitant on using an app I was not familiar with and let alone a person I didn't know pick up my precious cargo American bully (Halo). So, the journey began once I read reviews, and we chose moving in action transportation the communication began and did not end until halo was delivered safe and sound at her new home in Maryland. The turnaround time was amazing along with the communication. Which keep my anxiety level to a minimum. I Give a 5-star rating due to great service.
