Erica was initially really great to work with and was very responsive, even during the transport, where she provided us with weather hazards to be aware of since she was traveling ahead of us. She was friendly and maintained contact with me even after the transport, primarily to get a review and try to obtain future business from us. Once she saw there wasn’t much opportunity for future transport needs, she leveraged our positive business relationship to ask for a favor—a loan to help her get home due to a dispute from another transport she did via CitizenShipper. She seemed reliable and trustworthy at the time and agreed to pay us back in two weeks, as she had a couple of transports lined up. However, she quickly stopped responding and deleted my contact, even asking who it was when I followed up. I believe she has blocked me, as we haven’t been able to get our money back, and she won’t respond. In hindsight, I see other reviews online with similar experiences. I would caution anyone against lending her money outside of a business transaction and ensure that any funds provided are not sent via friends and family, as you won’t be able to retrieve them."

Anton was absolutely amazing. We had problems with a prior transporter so we were very nervous. Anton was nothing but brilliant. Jessie arrived on time, happy and well. I wish I could give more stars. Natalia was very compassionate and patient to my anxiety about my fur babies traveling across the country. There was an open line of communicationa and she sent me regular pictures along the trip. I was able to track their journey which gave me the absolute most comfort. I could tell she took great care of my animals especially my dog who tents to be a nervous ball of anxiety with the unknown. My cat and dog were totally relaxed and calm when he arrived.

I was so incredibly nervous to hire someone I knew absolutely nothing about and just take “reviewers word for it” when I didn’t even know if the reviewers were real! After a lot more research I found out that not only are the reviews real but the person being reviewed doesn’t have access to add or DELETE reviews on their profile. Not only that, in order to have someone “fake” a review, they would have to pay the (not cheap) citizen shipper fee to do so which I would assume not many would go through the trouble or expense to do. That made me feel much better! When I found Alex, he didn’t have AS MANY reviews as some of the others but that’s because he is a one man show WHO DOES NOT transport in bulk. Less reviews in this case actually made me feel better! He was quick to respond and from the first message exchange, set my mind at ease. I couldn’t say exactly why, but the answers to my questions didn’t feel like “canned” responses in any way and he really understood how nerve wracking this process was. He didn’t lead with a bunch of “fluff” on his experience or passion. He answered my questions kindly and professionally and I felt his warmth from the first message. He kept us posted with every detail along the way with pictures, messages, and gps tracking capability. He arrived with our Beans on time, allowed me to get her out of his car, gave us the gift basket from the breeder and went on his merry way. I honestly felt so terrible for not spending more time talking with him and expressing my SINCERE gratitude for everything he had done. But when you get a new puppy, your focus tends to be on the pup and he seemed to totally understand that. It was obvious his mission was to unite us with our new family member and not one second of it was about him. He was so pleasant and kind and I will NEVER AGAIN have any of our beloved 4-legged family members be transported by anyone else but him or some he knows and personally recommends. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Alex. We will never be able to repay you. ❤️🥹

It’s been several weeks since Chevy arrived by way of Peace Love Paws Pet Nanny. The service that Emi and Chewy provided was private delivery, Chevy was the only passenger!!! I received many text massages with status and lots of pictures. The communication from Emi is the best. I never had any question on Chevy status or how the trip was going in general. You can tell that Emi has been doing this a long time. As the trip progressed, she would update me on different behaviors she observed since he was a shelter dog he came out of his shell a lot while traveling to his new home. I was so grateful for the loving care that Emi provided. She definitely cares for the animals she is transporting!!! I would definitely use Peace Live Paws again for pet nanny needs!!!

From one day to the next I got news due to housing I could not longer keep my babies anymore. Steve is conscientious and a hard worker. He'll do everything possible to get your shipment to you without damage and within a reasonable amount of time. He's one guy running a small business, doing his best to meet your expectations at a reasonable cost. Being flexible with your pickup and delivery dates/times is important (unless you both agree to something different) because he creates routes by adding clients along the way. Keep in mind that none of the shippers on this site are UPS or FedEx so, if you want that kind of experience go to their stores and ship through them. Those big companies will generally charge you more and they will add a large surcharge to the price if you ship odd-shaped cargo (i.e., not in a box). Steve works with all types of freight, not just boxed or crated items. I recommend Steve as a driver and can also say he's got an interesting backstory.

Excellent company. Worked with me on pick-up times, was able to be specific, which those big companies will not. Transported a 7000# boat from Tampa to Northern Wisconsin. Small company, constant communication, was able to fix a support bracket when it broke down on the road. I will use for every transport need in the future and so will my colleagues. WARNING - DO NOT HIRE him! We hired him to tow our trailer to CA. He obviously couldn’t tow it properly and CRASHED it the day after he left. Our trailer now has THOUSANDS of dollars worth with of damage. After he crashed it, our trailer was towed to a tow yard 5 hours away. My husband had to drive 10 hours and pay $700 in tow fees to go pick it up… the day before our sons surgery. Before we even booked with Richard, I asked him if he had commercial insurance for the shipment, he lied and said YES - he provided us policy information that EXPIRED six months prior. And to top it off, he refuses to pay us back the $1500 deposit we sent him. We were left off 100x worse than where we started before hiring Richard. We are pursuing legal action against him for general, special, and punitive damages.
