Extremely satisfied. Highly recommend. Wilson was delivered solo in a new BMW SUV! As a Frenchie, Wilson is a restricted breed for airline transport and over the weight limit to go under a seat. Working with a transporter was our only option. Jillian was amazing!! It was a bit of a transport, but she made the whole experience less stressful for Wilson and me. Wilson was being rehomed from Oklahoma City, OK. He is actually the half-brother to our Frenchie, Stewart. We are in Georgetown, SC. The original owners were travelling to Branson, MO. Jullian from Springfield, MO connected with the owner w/o our involvement and obtained Wilson on Monday. On Tuesday she and Wilson, left SWMO at the same time we left Georgetown, SC. We met in Nashville a few hours apart. Wilson is a little timid and I could tell did not want to leave the safety of Jullian's car. It is a lot for fur babies to go through. Jullian provided updates, photos and sweet messages about Wilson's demeanor and behavior......which was so good she did not want to let him go! :-) As to why did Jullian win the bid. 1. Her bid was fair and reasonable and did not change. Others were so high it was just ridiculous to pay, and other bids were so low followed by a comment 'will adjust payment at drop off.' Nope! 2. Availability: Jullian was one of the first to contact me. She shared her immediate availability which was in line with mine. We needed the transport to occur on a specific day. Bids coming in saying "We will be available at the end of April or May" quite frankly aggravated me. 3. Jullian resides in the general location of where Wilson was picked up. Some were travelling from other states to win the bid. That extra mileage just indicated to me potential for delays due to traffic and road conditions. We were on a tight schedule as it was. We could not have any delays. 4. Jillian experienced a family emergency, yet she still filled her commitment to us. While the circumstances were warranted of a reschedule, Jillian chose to make the transport. This spoke volumes in terms of her integrity and character as a transporter. All are home safely. Stewart and Wilson are living the dream here on the Hammock Coast. Just AMAZING… so I had one set price with someone and last minute they tripled there price. I asked these guys about there rates and told them what happen and they honored the rate I was originally given. They went above and beyond to help me out to get my boy to me. Between calls and pictures every 4-6hrs as to where they where and what state and set up times for pick up and drop off was excellent. Communication was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better or safer way for my boy to travel. I am beyond grateful for all they did for me and him. He arrived safe and sound and super excited to see his momma after not being able to see him for over 6 months. These guys are very reliable and take excellent care of your pets on their travels as if it’s their own. Kevin got us out of a real tight spot after a last minute cancellation by another carrier right before a cross-state move. He was flexible with both the pick-up and drop-off dates, working with our schedule (when others were unwilling), and was a trooper dealing with a troublesome cat (who, might I add, is back to his calm, pre-move self within minutes of being dropped off). Oh my gosh I was in Desperate need of a transporter or a shipper so I googled dog flights and this site popped up. At first I was scared cause everything Is a scam now days. But nope it wasn’t. I unfortunately was not satisfied with this service. Melissa seemed very personable through message and offered a great rate. I felt confident in her ability to deliver our giant schnauzer. Immediately I noticed something was off when the breeder messaged me stating that the pup was picked up, but I never heard from Melissa. It wasn’t until that evening that I received a text from an unknown number (not Melissa) that another individual had picked him up. I asked how our pup was doing with no reply. I was sent photos over the next two days of our pup as well as kept up to speed on where they were. But when I asked any questions they were ignored. When the individual finally arrived to our home to deliver our pup, I was very concerned not only by the state of the vehicle inside, but on the outside. As it had appeared to be in an accident. There were many many dogs in kennels inside the van that I would have anticipated. But the thing that upset me the most was that our pup was covered in diarrhea and extremely hungry and thirsty when he arrived. The breeder sent me a video of our pup getting a bath right before he left and to see the condition he arrived in was extremely upsetting. This experience was very underwhelming. I absolutely would have paid more for a service that I knew would place our pets well being paramount. I would not recommend this shipper.

Her shipping price made it possible for me to finally get my lil guy cause unfortunately I had gotten scammed by another shipper on this site. Yes it's true...he sent me his number through the sites msgs by drilling out the numbers...it's my fault because I didn't go through w the booking fee but regardless of that situation she was able to make it happen for me to finally get him from Cali out here to SC. The way my lil Xolo mix was with her was a telltale sign she treated him right plus he arrived in perfect condition. So duh I have absolutely zero complaints.
