John was a gift from God when other transporters failed to give me the confidence to trust them. He cared enough to make my dogs comfortable from the time he picked them up until he delivered them 2,300 miles later by purposefully making the effort to bond with them and show them love and kindness. Being a devoted dog dad I needed to feel just as comfortable and confident and John sent update texts and pictures and short videos to reassure me of their progress across the country and that all three dogs were doing fine and accepting him which is exactly what I needed to put me at ease. He also has the correct equipment for providing the animals’ safety with impact rated crates. If you find the need to hire a transporter John clearly loves the animals, has the experience relocating them, and professional equipment for safety AND he was more reasonably price than all of the other quotes I received. The overall rating is limited to 5/5 but I would give him10/10 for the superb total package he does. I highly recommend John and choose him agin in a heartbeat.

Geoff was WONDERFUL. My dog McClane is a runner, and Geoff kept him very safe on the long trip. Our other dog, Miesha, is nervous and shy and it takes her awhile to warm up to people - by the second night on the road she just loved him. I cannot recommend him enough. We had a huge job, and a big ask. We needed our four kitties, shipped 3000 miles across the country. We were so worried about finding a good and reliable company to help us. We found JNC, who reached out to us the way a family member would, reassured us of our babies' safety, gave us a quote that was in our budget and incredibly fair for the workload. Throughout the trip, our pets were loved and taken care of. We were sent pictures whenever we requested, and even got a tracker so we could know exactly where they are whenever we wanted. Upon arrival, our pets were in great health, and in even better moods. If we are able to do 10 out of 10 it would a 10 .The transportation from Texas to Florida went smoothly was always giving updates as a we were able to see the progress.We had are 2 Belgians and one GSD,if you know anything about the breed there not easy to deal with as they are working line,but he sure handle them correctly.Are female red takes a while to warm up to you and she did after a few hours.I go by what my dogs feel or tell me they had a great experience I will be hiring them again

We had a little trouble with the delivery due to it being in the middle of the night and I missed their calls because we were asleep. I woke up and saw the messages/missed calls and was frantic! Thankfully, the drivers responded within an hour to let me know what the status of my pet was, and by noon I had spoke to the main office people and had a new delivery plan in place. It meant that my kitty had to travel for a couple of extra days, but I appreciate the drivers and JNC Critters making the best out of the situation. I would recommend using them, just make sure your phone is on loud ring in case they need to do a late night (or in my case early morning @ 1:30am) drop off so you don't miss them!
