First time using a pet courier service, so I had a lot of questions/concerns which Anton from M&A pets transportation LLC answered to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. We urgently needed to have a 3 year old German Shepherd (named Rey) transported from Portland Oregon to San Jose Ca asap. We requested quotes on citizenshipper and received over 20 quotes in a short amount of time. I checked each person's profile and Antons stood out above the rest. Anton has hundreds of 5 star reviews. What I liked most about M&A was the personalized service. Rey needed meds administered during the transport and Anton was able to do that. Rey was a solo passenger and was treated like a beloved family pet. Anton sent text updates and a picture of Rey sleeping on a comfy furry blanket. Anton was able to safely deliver Rey to us in a timely manner even though there were severe winter storm warnings that day. I highly recommend M&A pets service!

Absolutely outstanding communication, service, and cost. GPS tracking let me see where transport was at all times through the ride, and I received pics throughout the trip as well. My cat was let out of her carrier to calm her and enjoy the ride better, for which I was extremely grateful. Upon arriving in town, the driver let my cat out of her carrier to enjoy his own home until our meet time. Absolutely unbelievable; not enough words to express my gratitude. This was a challenging transport both because of family emotions and a dog who had been shuffled around and in his old home shot by the neighbors with bb guns. Platinum handled all of the issues with the precision you expect from a U.S. Marine. Yes, that is what you are getting with Platinum, a U.S. military movement operation. The dog is also very happy. He didn't seem to have any side effects from the long travel. Will use her again. Strongly recommended.

I hired Jojo to transport my senior cat Rue for a long-distance move. She was a true professional, she was extremely kind, and she sent detailed updates with photos multiple times per day. Rue was a difficult customer, as she was old and grouchy, but Jojo handled her with such understanding and compassion. I would definitely hire her again.

There are not enough stars to give Deb the review she deserves. Although her bid was higher then the peeps who wanted me to contact them off site or equal to others whom seemed reliable upon further investigation she is USDA certified! Insured background checked and verified. I had the peace of mind my Guy was in the best hands prior to putting down my deposit. Werth anything in life there were a few hiccups but she handled them professionally and Werth the utmost courtesy. She was able to handle the Family on the other side of the state (who can be volatile and wishy washy) with kid gloves, ensuring there was not more stress added to the situation. He was treated like a member of her own family. He is an amazing service animal who is able to let me know when he is intimated or feels unsafe. He came home smiling and trying to jump BACK into her car for another ride. Trust me if you are on a budget but still wanna put your pets safety first, Deb is the transporter for you and the pet no money can replace

I can't describe the ultimate kindness and care Steve from 'Loving Care Transport' gave my sweet boy Carl. I adopted Carl from Antigua (Caribbean) and flew him to Miami where he was boarded for one night. Steve then came to pick him up the next day and over nighted at a hotel in Orlando and gave him the ultimate experience. Over the next two days with numerous stops & hotel visits he then drove Carl all the way out to Las Vegas where I live. Steve kept me up to date throughout the day with photos and kind messages letting me know how sweet and adorable Carl was with him. He brought Carl right to my house and I could not be happier with his care and outstanding service. I highly recommend Steve to transport your pet - you will not be disappointed. Thank you Steve!

Ran into a few issues and communication issues. Bad weather during the drive to get my dogs extended the trip. I wasn’t aware they were on the way and at the address given until they were already here. It was hard to get in touch with the driver, it was a wife. Someone got fired from the job in this process. Every so often you experience a delightful customer experience and that defines our work with Omer Tekler. My wife and I bought two great Lab pups and transferred one to our son and daughter in law over 1800 miles away. I felt very comfortable from the beginning as Omer drove up and developed immediate rapport with me and more importantly the pup. His van was set up with the dog in mind, immaculate and welcoming in every way. We received updates every 6 hours or so including videos of our pup and music to match. They seem to be such a great team transporting.
