There are so many things to say, but this was one of the most stress free experiences of all time. Tina is not only kind but truly a professional who knows what she is doing when transporting your loving fur babies. I didn’t feel comfortable putting the dog in a crate under the plane in the cargo area. A car ride was the best option. I found Citizen Shipper with a Google search. As soon as I “booked“ with citizen shipper, Claude called me on the phone and relaxed all of my fears about handing Lily over to someone I’d never met. Claude knew exactly how to make the transition into his car relaxed. Lilly was calm and happy as they drove away. Top five reasons to choose Claude……. 1-He’s fast! Less time your pet spends traveling 2- Google meet/camera! This was incredible! Using the Google meet app, I was able to contact Claude and see and talk to Lilly through a camera he has on his rear view mirror. This helps pet as well as owner. 3- Constant contact! Claude kept me up-to-date by text as well, letting me know his progress as he entered a new state. 4- Comfort! Claude has his backseat organized for maximum comfort for the dog, as well as access to food and water at all times. 5- Bonding! I could tell at drop off that Lilly had formed a trusting bond with Claude. Lilly was glad to see me but made sure to say goodbye to Claude. Claude did a fantastic job! 10/10 experience! I was in a last minute bind to get my dog from LA to Phoenix and was struggling to find a courier that could fulfill my dates and budget. Fast Safe Delivery (FSD) was swift to accommodate me and assure me of my pets safe arrival. After making my booking, I noticed there was a language barrier between Sofia and myself. At first, I was skeptical to proceed forward because I was not sure how that experience may go if something were to occur but let me tell you, Sofia was absolutely amazing. Dena from Roll-A-Pet, was friendly and personal from the start (she actually read our post, and commented on something I had said that was important). All the other responses we got were either automated, or they did not fully read our post and reply accordingly. Dena answered all my many many questions about our dog needing to come from Detroit to San Diego (over 45 minutes of text messages). While her quote was not the lowest, those that were lower had no trips reviewed or only a handful. Dena's quote was less than half the cost quoted by many other transporters. Dena went above and beyond, allowing our dog to be in a large enough kennel to hold her large bed. Dena provided updates and photos along the way and replied to our questions throughout the trip. I would highly recommend Dena and Roll-A-Pet to anyone wanting to safely transport their pet.

My vote for the A.D.L. team is for 6 stars on a 5 star chart. We needed to move a vehicle to Steubenville Ohio. There are not that many demands to move autos to that part of the country at in mid winter. To add to the difficulty the pick up point was half way between Vero Beach and Tampa. That left us about as far from both Rt. 95 and Rt. 75 as we could get and it meant extra milage for any trucker hauling a load north from southern Florida. Rodrigo, from A. D. L. Logistics, promised that he could handle the task and thankfully he kept his promise to the letter. The pick up that he arranged was across the street from our home and the actual delivery in Ohio was one day sooner than he promised to “TRY” to secure for us.
