SCAM ALERT! Can I give ZERO stars? This “company” promised to transport our two cats. They very quickly took our $1,000 payment online. Everything seemed legitimate, we even texted for a bit about details. Then I noticed the texts stopped, so I messaged them on this platform and they said they had to change their number and gave me the new one. Went from blue iMessage text bubbles to green SMS bubbles. As the time got closer to our move date and our pet pickup - the night before - I asked for a call to go over some questions about the process and logistics. They even confirmed a 7pm night before call. But when 7pm rolled around, I stopped getting response texts. I called 8 times, the call would ring once then go to voicemail, then the call just gave me the message that “the Verizon customer number no longer exists”! Their website “https://allpawtransport.com/” magically went down. It’s now the morning of our scheduled pickup and I still haven’t heard from these people. Thank goodness I was able to book with someone else last minute or our family move cross country would be ruined. I’ve had to report the payment to my bank as fraudulent and to the police as grand theft over $1k. So not trust any of these fake reviews as this provider is likely to try and rip you off. Even the CitizenShipper platform wrote me back saying, “I'm really sorry to hear about the driver not answering your phone calls 12 hours before pick-up. It is definitely not the experience we expect you to have on our platform.” If I could post proof pictures on this review I would. I’d hate for this to happen to any other family.

Imagine yourself needing to travel across the country from California to the East Coast with your entire family plus your 80 lb dog. We were in this situation and knew that we wanted desperately to bring our beloved Bailey on the trip with us for the summer. Kerry, quite simply, made this happen flawlessly. She was a joy to work with from the time I found her contact information online. She walked me through the process which involved booking flights and also meeting up with us at the airport to assist us in traveling with our "fur baby." He sent regular photos and updates and even helped me with introducing our dog's to our new dog. He and his wife went way above and beyond in helping me. They were super loving kind Compassionate and responsible. They took care of the dog with so much love and Respect like their own dog. I give them a super excellent 10 star rating. My experience with Mabel of loving care animal transport was nothing short of AMAZING! I’ve never transported animals before this process was new to me and she was wonderful she helped along the way letting me know what the puppies I was transporting needed. I was sending 3 stray puppies we found to update New York to my parents who agreed to adopt them when all the shelters here refused them. Mabel kept in contact days leading up to the transport. Once she had the puppies her communication continued I received photos and text updates. One of the puppies ended up car sick and she communicated immediately about it and we came to a solution. Her arrival in New York was going to be really early 2/3am and it was my parents receiving the puppies, Mable offered to rest for a bit and wait until 6/7am to deliver the puppies after this poor women had been driving from southeast Texas right after the holidays! Bless her heart she had to of been tired herself and still was accommodating to my parents receiving the puppies. I cannot cannot cannot recommend Mabel and Loving Care Animal Transport enough! Michael did an exceptional job. I was unable to get my tabby into a carrier to transport him across the country with my other 3 cats. He was willing and came to my house and caught my cat (a chore I could not accomplish) and put him in a large crate and transported him from Florida to Arizona. He sent me updates throughout the trip. He even sent me a video update. Even after dropoff, we are still in touch and he continues to check on my boy. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He truly loves the animals he cares for and transports. He did something for me I did not think was possible. If he had not helped me out, I do not know how I would have gotten my cat from FL to AZ. A move is already challenging enough but when you have a difficult cat, it is even more difficult. I am so grateful for Michael.
