100% recommended! 1. Prompt and flexible travel time. Though sometimes responds slowly(later found that Maykel was seriously sick), he can accommodate nearly all of your schedule and try his best to make it happen no matter what accidents in the meantime. My puppy was refused boarding on the 1st flight because he was howling all the time and the weather was no good for flying, but Maykel's team kept trying, so I still got my pup on the date and time as we discussed earlier. 2. Taking good care of the puppy. My puppy was 8 weeks only and so timid that peed and pooped inside the carrier bag but Maykel's team cleaned all stuff, kept the pup safe and calm during all flights. 3.Reasonable price and no additional fees after the agreement.

She pushed the date of transport which is fine. Prior to booking she agreed to ship my Litter Robot. After booking she accepted another animal booking and notified me 48 hours before pickup to let me know because of this she wouldn't be able to ship the litter box despite the profile saying solo ship. I expressed that I needed the robot litter box to make it easier for my grandma to take care of my cat as she's 84. There was no empathy to refunding the deposit despite the false agreements and given circumstances. Now I am behind schedule with transporting my cat and will have to most likely drive her across the country for 18 hours myself in between work. She offered to ship my cat without the litterbox as we had agreed and then dropped off when i said she was breaking agreement to what the terms were. Hoping she will rectify the situation and refund my deposit.

M&A should get a 10 star rating!!! I am currently overseas and the caretaker of my 10 year old golden abandoned him, luckily he is microchipped. M&A not only safely transported my Cooper from Louisiana to Michigan at a very reasonable rate but as soon as I accepted the bid they immediately went to the shelter to help and waited patiently for a health certificate to be completed, worked as my liaison with the shelter, and was on their way to Michigan within a matter of hours. Not only was this a long trip but they also drove through a snow storm and delivered Cooper with only an hour delay of the expected arrival time. Since US airlines are limited to pets in cargo now, I would 100% recommended M&A to handle any of your pet transport needs regardless of how far! They will ensure your pet is VERY well tended to through the journey and will keep you posted with photos and communication through the entire trip. Where do I even begin? My experience with transportation LLC was beyond disappointing. The service was incredibly rude and no communication and when they did it seemed like I was bothering them or completely uninterested in helping, and the overall atmosphere was just dismal. Not to mention, I understand coming from a long distance but coming late at night at 2 in the morning is extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this service. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
