JB Pet Express

Jonathan was amazing and I highly recommend his service. He was cordial, sent several daily updates, and made quick friends with my pup. He seems to know dogs well and should be your first choice!! Can’t stress this enough!

Our previous pet transport company cancelled on us at the very last minute, leaving us in a very stressful situation. JB Pet express stepped in at the last minute and went out of their way to pick up our dog from the Teterboro airport and bring him safely all the way to us in Las Vegas. Kept us updated throughout the entire journey, letting us know how things were going and making sure we knew that he was safe and being well looked after. It gave us such peace of mind during a very stressful time. Our dog arrived safely and happy! We would absolutely recommend JB Pet Express service to anyone who needs safe and caring pet transportation! 🐾❤️

I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan and the care he provided while transporting my puppy, Storm, from Florida to New Jersey for her training. Sending her away for an extended period was already emotional and stressful, and having her travel such a long distance made me even more nervous. Jonathan made the entire experience so much easier. From the moment Storm left my home, I had live GPS tracking for the entire trip, and Jonathan kept me updated along the way. He also sent me pictures of Storm, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was safe and doing okay. He was professional, caring, communicative, and clearly understood that Storm is more than just a dog being transported. She is part of our family. I truly appreciated how well he took care of her throughout the long journey from Florida to New Jersey. I would absolutely trust Jonathan with Storm again and highly recommend him to anyone needing safe and reliable pet transportation. Thank you, Jonathan, for taking such great care of my girl! ❤️

Jonathon was literally the absolute best transport you could ask for! Timely overcommunicate sent pictures along the way and very very efficient! We will definitely be using him again - an absolute God-sent!

JB was a pleasure to work with he brought my baby quickly no complaints. Updated me regularly sent me photos and I could not be more pleased with him. I definitely will be using his services again. He met me at my door with a big smile and my kitten with those big beautiful eyes. I appreciate you putting your heart into the work and giving me one less thing to worry about preparing for our new addition.

Jonathan was wonderful to work with! He delivered a puppy from VT to NH with no issue at all. He was on time to both locations and sent pictures upon delivery. Great communication before pickup as well. Highly recommend.

JB was a kind, very experienced person that treated our pup with ever so much care. He was prompt and kept in constant contact. I would definitely recommend JB! Everything was clean and cozy for our girl. Truly a top experience.
