OOTO Enterprise: Your Trusted Pet Transportation VIP (Very Important Pet) I understand that your pet is an integral part of your family as my dogs are part of my family. I am committed to providing exceptional care and support throughout their travel experience. Since 2018 I have transported pets over 800,000 miles. I have been to all 48 continental states and the majority of US National parks that allow dog hikes. I've established myself as an exclusive pet transportation service provider. Most of my business is outside of pet transportation bidding sites like Citizenshipper, my company accepts contracts from 3 VIP exclusive pet delivery companies. I rarely need to use this platform. If I am bidding for your pet transportation I am between VIP jobs and have downtime, if I am on the way to a high paying $1.50 a mile executive service VIP transport. I can offer as low as $0.66 a mile same day delivery. Overnight deliveries and between $100 to $175 per a night for pet friendly hotel usage. Pets get to stay in hotel rooms with me, we don't ever sleep in the vehicle unless big dogs /3 pets or more per a household, is in the vehicle then I will stay in an RV campground with full connections to keep climate control running while the vehicle is cooling for the night. I do dog hikes :) My Commitment: Safety First: Driving safely, getting proper rest at pet friendly hotels. During overnight stays in pet friendly hotels I will provide photos of your pets in the hotel rooms. Your pet's well-being is our utmost priority, I drive in a safe manner, monitor weather and I stay in higher quality pet friendly hotels. Pet breaks and personal stops after 3-4 hours driving. My company is licensed, insured and USDA certified. Many companies use Pet Care INS., that insurance company doesn't let more than 5 pets per a vehicle. If you ship more than 5 pets with me, additional umbrella insurance will have to be charged. Personalized VIP Care: I tailor our services to meet the unique needs of your pet and your budget, unfortunately most puppy breeders can't afford my prices because I always use pet friendly hotels or RV resorts when the Sprinter van(RV) is used. . Comfortable Travel: My van has full climate-control. Its a 2023 AWD Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van with AWD. It can handle many off-road rouged trails in mountainous areas. I can fit 8 large crates in the van but I only travel with up to 5 pets per my insurance policy. If you have more than 5 pets a 2nd pet handler must come and the other pets will appear on the invoice under my other pet transportation company. Note about van usage: currently not using Sprinter Van, diesel fuel cost is making it too expensive to use, less money for my company and myself to bring home. From September 2025 to current, only rental unleaded powered rental Sprinter vans, SUV or caravans will be used. Constant Communication: We provide regular updates and photos, so you can stay connected with your pet throughout their trip. I provide Door-to-Door Service: I handle every aspect of the journey, from pickup to drop-off, for a stress-free experience with no middle person involved other than Citizenshipper market place. Flexible Options: We offer ground transportation, airline services, or a combination to suit your needs. Exercise and Playtime Adherence to Dietary Needs Special Attention for Pets with Specific Needs Transparent Pricing: Rates based on mileage and services, with no hidden fees. Open communication and willingness to answer any questions. Client testimonials available for review. Important Notes: An APHIS USDA Pet Health Certificate and vaccination records is required. Roadside inspections ask for these documents and if a pet bites someone, we have a better chance of avoiding quarantine for pet observation if all paperwork is sent with pets. Sorry, I don't accept homemade documents, it must be done by a certified vet. Special VIP pricing applies to pets with special needs (medication and elderly pets). Less hours travelling per a day means more pet friendly hotels. If a pet is too sick to travel (discharging in any way; other than isolated motion sickness) please get a pet health certificate and veterinarian medical report within 10 days of pick up date. If any contagious diseases are not disclosed, an enhanced sanitation fee will be added to the final invoice. Specific requirements and considerations for rescues, breeders, puppies, and yard dogs/stray cats. All pets should be flea free. We stay with pets , especially if you choose a pet rideshare option. Payment options available with a preference for credit card payments through QuickBooks invoices, waive the transaction fee if using QB Invoices. Venmo or Paypal 3% transaction fee is added.. Pet Care insurance only allows up to five pets per vehicle during a route segment. If you are a single pet household with more than five pets, an additional pet handler, Plus umbrella insurance will be required or option 2, my other driver will be hired for using the 2nd vehicle (doubling the price). If sending five large dogs, please provide necessary certified travel crates. My van can hold up to 7,000 lb of equipment and I can rent out a trailer for any huge pet supplies that are being relocated from your old home to your new home. My van is partially set up as a RV. If there are more than two large dogs, pet friendly hotels most likely will not accept us and that's when we use RV resorts or campgrounds. My van has lithium batteries for overnight stops if shore power is not available. My safety, drivers around me and your pet's safety is priority. I do not drive straight through driving unless it's under four hundred miles. A typical driving day is between 6 and 10 hours with necessary half an hour and 1 hour breaks. Weather, municipality congestion and construction zones. My company uses QuickBooks for creating invoices. Any credit card payments going through QuickBooks I do not charge a transaction fee, your payment goes directly to the route's travel card. It actually saves me money, less bookkeeping/accounting fees. If you use PayPal, venmo, Cash app or Zelle a 3% fee will be added. This website charges a platform fee which US pet delivery companies do not get (more about that at the bottom of this page). My quote does not include this platform fee. Please do not try to sneak contact information in any type of messaging because it violates this platform's terms of use. I do not carry freight or personal household goods other than pet supplies that are shipped with your pets. Household goods shipping is a different set of regulations. Please don't sneak household goods, if I get a roadside inspection because too many flock cameras have seen me in many states over the last few months. Because of my USDA APHIS license, I can only carry pets, their supplies. Due to this limitation I cannot charge IRS standard miles based on moving company deduction which is much lower mileage rate than pet transports. I have to charge at the minimum, regular business expense usage. Thanks for you understanding. What to expect immediately once you pick a driver, either my professional company, other pet delivery company, a part-time private driver, or someone that isn't licensed that might low ball offer just for their own fuel cost to be covered while they move across the country for whatever their purpose is (always verify on APHIS website (AWS tool) if the company you are booking is a real company)? You will immediately pay a Booking Fee on Citizenshipper. CitizenShipper booking fees are not a percentage of the driver's quote; they are fixed flat rates based solely on the shipment's mileage. The fee is charged to the shipper separately from the driver’s agreed-upon transport price, ensuring 100% of the driver’s quote goes directly to them. Listing a pet shipment is free, and the booking fee is only charged immediately after you accept a driver’s quote and click "Book Driver." This revenue model allows CitizenShipper to cover marketplace and customer service costs without taking a cut from the independent drivers.

Matthew kept me updated throughout each day of travel. He sent pictures and Google map location information. The circumstances requiring my dog’s transport were traumatic and due to her former owner’s death. Matthew gave the dog and all the people involved on both ends of the trip kindness, compassion, and attentiveness that no money can buy. My heart hurts a little less knowing I could fulfill my dear friend’s last wishes to be the beneficiary of his dear little dog.

Matt was so great. Delivered our two cats a day early, communicated constantly, and took such good care of them. After cat proofing hotel room, he would let them out of their carriers to roam freely. So appreciated that and cats were happy when they arrived. Will definitely use him again. Have used two other transporters through this site and he is the only one that I would recommend.

Matt was very caring and did an excellent job making sure our dogs had lots of stretching and play time in off-leash parks. His Mercedes-Benz Sprinter provided lots of space and comfort for the trip. We are very pleased to get Matt after we had a last minute cancellation by another shipper due to illness. Highly recommended!
