My sweet Skippie was rehomed to me after multiple drop-off attempts due to a sick family member. Miss Freddie McQueen was completely abandoned in my partner's (Melissa) care when a past pet-sitting client left for a European vacation, met someone, and simply never returned. Because I have stepped up to provide a permanent, loving home for these animals, I have gained an firsthand understanding of the immense emotional and financial responsibility involved in true, dedicated care. It has also taught me a vital business lesson: I no longer honor "race-to-the-bottom" low-ball bids. I know the absolute worth of the elite, safe, and lawful service I provide. I refuse to take on contracts at or below break-even prices just to risk being left with an abandoned pet that I must figure out how to care of. Before we book, please clarify your role in this journey: Are you the primary shipper, the receiver, or both? Are you a broker, a rescue manager, a breeder, or another transportation provider reposting this bid? We work directly with families to ensure your pet receives the elite care they deserve from door to door. 🛑 Direct Family Verification & Anti-Broker Policy OOTO Enterprise only contracts directly with a pet's actual family. No Subcontracting: We do not accept bids from third-party brokers or logistics managers who win bids by low-balling, only to repost them to struggling, under-insured drivers at or below break-even costs. The Reality of Low Bids: Because this platform does not have a separate area to vet broker-to-carrier policies, families are often left stranded when a low-bidder misses their pickup window. I have repeatedly been hired to bail out failed shipments on this platform after other companies collapsed mid-route. If you are an independent commercial entity requiring corporate contract fulfillment, agreements are made directly elsewhere!!! ✈️🛞 High-Agility Logistics: How We Travel To provide the most responsive, reliable, and nationwide scheduling, my business utilizes a Fly-and-Drive operational model. Instead of making your pet wait weeks for a driver to slowly meander across the country on a massive multi-stop route, I fly directly to or near your pickup city, secure an appropriately sized, fully climate-controlled vehicle tailored exactly to your pet's trip requirements, and head straight to your destination. Once your pet is safely delivered door-to-door, I fly on to my next VIP client or home. This ensures your pet spends the absolute minimum amount of time on the road. 💨 🔍 Low-Bidders vs. VIP Reality: What You Are Actually Buying When looking at bidding platforms, it’s common to see jaw-droppingly low prices. I want to be entirely transparent about how those operations survive, because it is a completely different business model from mine: The "Livestock" Approach (not my company): Low-cost haulers frequently cram 5to 15+ pets from multiple households or high-volume puppy breeders into a single unrated vehicle to split costs. Your pet becomes just a number in a rolling warehouse. OOTO Enterprise focuses on VIP/Solo or single-household trips. Your pet gets dedicated, individualized care. Driving 24/7 Straight Through: To maximize profits, many low-bidders drive straight through without stopping, or sleep in the front seat at roadside rest stops while the animals remain locked in cages. I prioritize proper rest. A typical safe driving day is between 6 and 10 hours with necessary breaks. I use quality, pet-friendly hotels or motels every single night so that I am alert and your pet gets a true rest from the road. The Danger of "Crate-Free" Promises: Be very careful with transport providers promising "crate-free" cross-country road trips. Per APHIS and USDA commercial pet welfare laws, crate-free commercial transportation is illegal because it puts the animals and the driver at extreme risk during sudden stops or accidents. 🛡️ Premium Safety & Absolute Compliance (USDA/APHIS) My company is fully licensed, insured, and USDA/APHIS certified. Regardless of who you hire, always protect your furry family member by verifying their credentials using the Public Search Tool on the USDA APHIS website! 🔎 📜 Legal & Health Requirements: Health Certificates: All pets must have an official Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) issued by an APHIS-certified veterinarian within 10 days of pickup, along with up-to-date vaccination records. I cannot accept homemade documents. This ensures compliance at roadside agricultural checks and protects your pet if an unexpected observation occurs. Health & Parasite Standards: All pets must be completely house-trained and 100% free of parasites (fleas and ticks). Puppy Care & "No Paws on Ground" Policy: For young, unvaccinated puppies, I practice a strict No Paws on Ground protocol. They will stay secure, clean, and loved inside their travel crate during overnight hotel stays, ensuring they are never exposed to public hotel floors or common grass areas where other dogs have been. Special Medical Needs: Special VIP pricing applies to elderly pets or those requiring scheduled medication, as we plan shorter driving days to maximize comfort. If a pet is too sick to travel (active discharge other than isolated motion sickness), a vet report within 10 days of pickup is mandatory. Undisclosed contagious conditions will incur an enhanced sanitation fee. 🚐 Our Comfort-First Amenities & Capacity Constant Communication: You will receive regular updates, GPS notes, and photos throughout the trip. During overnight stays, I will send you photos of your pet relaxing right beside me in our room! 📸 Frequent Wellness Breaks: We pull over every 2 to 4 hours for potty breaks, stretches, fresh water, and playtime. The Solo Dog Bonus: If your adult dog is traveling solo and our route passes through national or state parks that allow dog hikes, I love to take them on scenic hikes at no extra charge! 🥾🌲 Capacity & Insurance Limits: My insurance policy strictly limits transit to 5 pets per vehicle segment. If you are a single household shipping more than 5 pets, a second certified handler and additional umbrella insurance will be required, or our second vehicle must be deployed (doubling the quote price). If sending large dogs, please provide necessary certified travel crates. No Household Freight: I can rent a trailer to haul large pet supplies (crates, heavy bags of food, toys) alongside your pets, but I cannot carry household goods or personal furniture due to strict non-freight transport regulations. 💰 Transparent Pricing & Platform Logistics I do not believe in hidden fees. My rates are transparently calculated based on exact mileage, vehicle logistics, my pay as your driver, companies cut (keeps my company in state compliance and the specific care your pet requires (add on VIP, professional grooming, high-end pet friendly hotels, NDA administrationfees etc. QuickBooks Invoices (Preferred): Payment is seamlessly handled via QuickBooks invoices. If you pay with a credit card through QuickBooks, I waive all transaction fees (this saves me bookkeeping costs and funds the route's travel card directly!). Payments via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle will have a 3% processing fee added. CitizenShipper Fees: Please note that my quote represents my fee for the physical transport. CitizenShipper charges a separate, flat-rate booking fee based on your trip's mileage to cover their marketplace costs. This fee is charged directly to you when you click "Book Driver." Matthew kept me updated throughout each day of travel. He sent pictures and Google map location information. The circumstances requiring my dog’s transport were traumatic and due to her former owner’s death. Matthew gave the dog and all the people involved on both ends of the trip kindness, compassion, and attentiveness that no money can buy. My heart hurts a little less knowing I could fulfill my dear friend’s last wishes to be the beneficiary of his dear little dog.

Matt was so great. Delivered our two cats a day early, communicated constantly, and took such good care of them. After cat proofing hotel room, he would let them out of their carriers to roam freely. So appreciated that and cats were happy when they arrived. Will definitely use him again. Have used two other transporters through this site and he is the only one that I would recommend.
