After I got scammed, with someone else, he assured that everything would be okay. I had issues with the drop off and the person who was supposed to pick them up and Jermey was extremely kind and accommodating, and even waited while I was trying to figure it out. A sweet guy with a ‘heart of gold’’, should I say? I would even trust him to transport myself cross country, if I could, lol. Amazing is an understatement to describe working with Jason to get my Husky from AZ to TX! Make sure you get all details in writing. On initial phone call Paul said he would drop off “Friday night or Saturday morning”, upon pickup he said noon on Friday. I said that wasn’t what was discussed and I wouldn’t be there until Friday night. He then tells my husband during drop off “I don’t know what your wife is talking about, I never said anything about Saturday” after already being rude on the phone by asking my husband “where you at” and then hanging up the phone. Like dude, 5pm was discussed with driver and then he told my husband he would be later than that and so my husband stayed a few minutes later at work. Sure, my dogs made it to their destination, but it’s not my fault you also committed to deliver 2 other dogs further away on a certain time frame.

Lisa is amazing! She transported my daughter's dog from my house in Fred VA to my daughter in Miami, and everything went so well. From the moment I booked her to the time he was delivered to his house she was so wonderful. Communication was excellent, we texted, sent emails, she sent photos along the way, we chatted on the phone, and when we met at my house for pick up, Stratford greeted her like an old friend. :-) I really appreciated that he was the only dog being transported, so he had all her attention and care. He had the whole back seat to himself, with plenty of room to stretch out, stand up, and move around during the trip. I was nervous to do this but Lisa gave me such piece of mind. I can't thank her enough. He is safely home now because of her and our whole family is so thankful. She is honest and trustworthy and definitely the person you want with your fur babies.
