Brandi and Buzz were such a pleasure to work with. They made a very tough situation so much easier for us and did so graciously. Brandi and Buzz were both very communicative, responded quickly to our messages and Brandi kept us updated throughout the trip with pictures of our precious cargo! Not only were they highly supportive and communicative, they took excellent care of our dog throughout the journey, stopping for walks and breaks and making sure she was doing well and was comfortable. I found myself with a broken car in Los Angeles, and I had to get to Philadelphia quickly, with a Weimaraner the airlines wouldn't fly because it was dangerously hot. That's where David came in, and got my 12 year old guy across the country quickly and safely. I can't say enough good things about how he took care of Zeke, kept him fed and comfortable, and sent me pictures and status updates regularly. The pickup was delayed from the agreed upon pickup from the 14th to the 17th, but still not picked up until the 19th arrival was supposed to be within 24hrs did not revive him until the 23rd. Communication was ONLY initiated by ME, no updates or photos. Just excuses, drivers A/C she had to go home to have repaired, car trouble and adding on several other pickups during my transport, delaying my transport 6 days! My cate was in crate injuring himself and I received him with a swollen face, and abrasions from the bridge to the end of his nose from being in a crate for almost a week longer than promised. I felt like my cat was being held hostage.

The circumstances requiring my dog’s transport were traumatic and due to her former owner’s death. We recently used Paws Door 2 Door to relocate our dog, Link, and I have to say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Moving is always a stressful event, especially when it involves transporting a beloved pet. However, this service made the entire process smooth and worry-free. From the moment we contacted them, their professionalism and genuine care for animals were apparent. One of the aspects that stood out most to me was how they treated Link with such care and kindness. It’s obvious that their team loves animals and prioritizes their well-being above all else. When the transporters first met Link, they took time to introduce themselves properly, ensuring he felt comfortable with them. They were very gentle, gave him plenty of attention, and made sure he had everything he needed for the journey ahead. They did great getting my car to my destination. The first guy came a little later than what I would like, but still picked up the car the same day. After a deal was made and the price was set they increase the price a couple days before they were suppose to pick up because the driver wanted more money. It put me into a position where I had to decided to wait longer and miss the pick up date I wanted or give them more money. Not happy about that.

Not that the 5 stars will come as a surprise, but I don’t even have enough words to explain what a blessing Paul is. He took on a request to travel from our home in Northern VT to Oklahoma to rehome our labradoodle with friends who live there. Our boy is very hands on and Paul had nothing but kind things to report about him. He was so honest with time frame and willing to adjust things if it didn’t work for us (but we were just so happy to have his help we would have changed the direction the world spins in to help him!). Our goodbye was very emotional for our family with 2 kiddos and Paul gave us a tour of his Van and told us about the places they would be stopping to help put our minds at ease. To top it off, he didn’t rush our goodbyes to hit the road. Handing over the life of a living being that you love so much is absolutely terrifying, but after meeting Paul, all my fears and nerves completely went away. Ashley from Companion Carrier is truly such a wonderful reliable human being. She has truly been an angel for us and we don’t know what we would have done without her. We had a giant breed Irish Wolfhound puppy who had a serious medical condition, auto-immune meningitis. He needed to be transported back to his breeder to continue his treatment and due to our own health conditions we were unable to transport him ourselves. I was very cautious about finding someone to transport him and when I found Citizen Shipper I was certainly hesitant and overwhelmed; especially, after immediately receiving tons of offers from different transporters. I read through profile after profile and Ashley’s profile immediately stood out. Her extensive animal experience was so evident by the questions she asked and the way she prepared for the trip. Although they had an unfortunate mechanical issue which delayed delivery, both Jennifer and Chris truly went out of their way to provide Büü with safe, efficient and, above all, humane treatment during an arduous journey. Jennifer was really on top of the issues which arose and deftly coordinated a second vehicle with minimal delay and stress for my Pup, all while fighting off a really bad cold/flu. Kudos to you both. Shipping your pets can be a tough decision to make. You can stress about making a decision, or you can be assured in the Beans that your four-legged best friend will be well cared for while you are not there. In my case, I had 3 best friends that were brought from South Florida to Northern Virginia. A long trip, but the whole time the Beans kept us posted with images, videos, and tracking availability. Chris came through in the clutch! Honestly, I am SO thankful that he was able to get up and go for an immediate transport for over 4 hours away! I fostered some kittens and this one did not work out, ended up sending 94 year old gram to the hospital for an innocent kitten “play bite” 😔 due to potential health issues, it was not going to work. The kitten was either going to be taken to the shelter or returned ASAP. Chris was able to make all these accommodations LAST MINUTE and bring little “Peanut” back, to keep him out of the shelter system (they are sooooo over populated right now). Communication was superior, every step of the way! Not only did he meet my needs of the ASAP request, he also offered to keep the kitten safe and secure at his residence for me until I was available to pick him up the next morning (since he was returning after 12am!) accommodated every issue I had! Hello to all potential and future clients of State By State carriers I would like to give a glowing review for Jeff. We went through hell and back to get my three vehicles transported from Pennsylvania to Florida and he was amazing throughout the whole process. Let me start this crazy journey by saying that the first company he found for me, called him up last minute, and said that they had to cancel the call because their lift broke so then he found me a second company who went out and picked up my three vehicles and shortly after leaving the pick up spot, he called up State By State and notified them that my vehicles were overweight with my belongings in them so he would not be able to transport them to Florida so he dropped them off at an auction location in Lancaster Pennsylvania so Jeff had to find another carrier to go out for the third time now and try to pick up my vehicles for the rest of the journey when the third transportation company got to the auction site they said to him I’m sorry we cannot pick up these vehicles because one of them has a flat tire even though Jeff was going through all of this craziness with me he still stood by my side and was not deterred from continuing to help me. He finally found upon the fourth try someone to go out and transport the vehicles for the rest of the journey to Florida, so The fourth driver picked them up and brought them to Florida and then he tried to rip me off $400 extra but Jeff put his foot down and said absolutely not called up the driver and said we have an agreed contract and you are not getting any more from my client. I literally don’t even know what me and my wife would have done if it wasn’t for all of Jeff’s hard work and help if you are looking for someone who is reliable and is dedicated to helping you, this is the right company to go with he will stick with you from start to finish, and he was there for us through thick and thin. We can’t thank him enough he was amazing and we will never forget all of the hard work he did for us. Thanks again for being there for us, Jeff you truly were a godsend. God bless you.
