TRICIA!!! Two words: Stress reliever. If you get the option to choose her, DO IT!!! You will have no regrets, no worries, no having to double check behind, no having to follow up. A fresh breath of air. She communicated abundantly. There were no questions unanswered, and if I had a question, she answered it before I even needed to ask. She was able to pick up my dog on urgent short notice with no hesitation. I fell asleep and woke up rushing to check if my dog landed, and before I even had to look for flight, I had three messages waiting on how she stayed up watching the flight and saw it came in earlier, got to the airport, and already had my dog. Throughout travel, I received pictures, videos, location updates at every stop, and then shared location on the last leg for arrival. She also provided great travel tips as this was my first time flying with pet, as well as driving. I will definitely be using her again, and STRONGLY recommend her to anyone who is able to. Also, my payment wouldn’t go through on one method so I paid through another because I wanted to be sure she got what was due to her. Be mindful. This person/company communicated GREATLY with me with being able to accommodate my request(s). They stated it was good to proceed to book and would communicate with me afterwards. Once I booked, complete ghost! After 20 hours with it coming up to time to ship, still heard nothing. Called, went to voicemail. Texted, no delivered. Even had friends and family try to call and text and same issue. I scrambled terribly having to find a replacement. To this moment, DAYS later NOTHING!!! No explanation, no apology. Just straight ghost. I went back to check this morning to see if message ever went through before leaving this review, and it does not state delivered. I went to reviews and saw only three negatives out of the positive, but my experience were similar to another on the no contact. This was my experience, and based on it. I would not recommend this courier to anyone.

Very unreliable and unresponsive. AND they did not refund my deposit when it became clear they were likely to put my cats at risk (phone numbers changing, drivers changing, vague information on routes, changing information on timing, lots of excuses that didn't match up or make sense) and I wanted to cancel the trip. Would give a zero if I could. I took the loss and shipped my cats instead with a responsible and professional company.

Galaxy Auto Shipping took my HD soft tail from CT to FL. The driver was careful with my bike, took photos and it arrived in the same condition. The bike was transported in an enclosed van. It was promised to arrive on Saturday or Sunday and it arrived on Sunday morning. I highly recommend Galaxy Auto Shipping for transporting motorcycles.

Donna (the driver) was really nice and the pups were delivered safe and sound. However, over all the service was really unprofessional. We laid out the details a couple weeks in advance. When they reached out for a confirmation a week or so later, they provided the wrong date. Which I corrected and already made me nervous about their attention to detail. I was told that I would receive updates and pics every 2 hours when they stopped to allow the pups to use the restroom. I also asked for a text when they were on the way for the pickup and confirmation of their arrival. I never received the text or even a confirmation that they were picked up. After a couple of questioning texts, I finally received confirmation and pics, which they then continued throughout the drive. However, b/c I was so worried and received no communication for hours, I reached out to the person who they were picked up from to see if they had been picked up. She said she was also worried because although they were nice the whole set up was sketchy (her words). They had a tiny airplane cloth crate for two large pups, which the smaller barely fit in by herself. She asked that they at least put one in their lap. Which Donna had no problem with (again Donna was lovely). When we first discussed the details, I told them my biggest concern was parvo. They are puppies and not fully vaccinated and I know how dangerous it can be. I worked at a vet's in another life and know the proper process for cleaning. If a puppy has parvo, you are not supposed to let another dog be in the car or vets exam room for the rest of the day after you clean it. They assured me no other dogs would be in the car that day and that they follow a strict cleaning process. I learned from the person that they picked the pups up from (after she called them also extremely concerned for the pups based on what she saw upon their arrival) that they had in fact picked up another dog that day. This is completely unacceptable. I would have 100% choose another transport service if I knew this would happen. Or paid a larger fee to prevent it from happening. I was given the option to pay with paypal. Which I opted to use, and used the goods and services option- as this is a service. I received a text that it was not okay because they did not want to pay the business fee. I was quoted an amount and given paypal as an option. It wasn't a huge difference in price for me to pay the fee, but again it was unprofessional to not let me know in advance, so I could arrange another payment option. All they had to do was state before hand that if you use paypal you are responsible for paying their business fee. Which is totally wrong to ask for but at least I have the option. They literally refunded my money twice and told me to resend with the friends and family option, all the while repeatedly asking me to post a review. If I am unhappy with a service, I don't usually post a review. But repeatedly asking me to post a review while simultaneously telling me you don't want to pay your business fee and I have to, after every one of my requests was ignored and exposing the pups to risk, left a really bad taste in my mouth. So, I am doing exactly what they asked of me and posting a review. But if I post a review, it will be an honest one. I am leaving 1 star, because again Donna was really nice and helpful to me when she arrived and the pups are fine. But I am still terrified about parvo. These are two pure breed healthy pups. I am livid that they were put at such risk and will never forgive myself for picking this company if they get sick.

I was very reluctant to ship my custom chopper motorcycle in an open trailer. I was afraid of getting rock and bug impacts damaging the paint. Plus, I had multiple bulk items to ship along with the motorcycle. The majority of shippers will not take the extra items along with a motorcycle if it’s shipped in an enclosed trailer along with my bike. I expect Kevin to tell me he would not be able to pick the bike up for a few weeks. However, he said he would not only pick it up in 4 days, but he would take everything I needed to ship as well. After reading many of Kevin’s reviews, I decided to risk shipping my 2009 Big Dog K9 chopper. After meeting Kevin and his assistant driver Steve, I was convinced. They took great care in loading the bike and everything else along with it. They were very humble and respectful men. They even took the time to send photos and give me phone calls along the way to assure me of their progress. It made the timing at the destination easy to coordinate with my friend on the other end, since he worked 3.00am to 3:00pm six days a week. Kevin was extremely accommodating and such an accomplished individual in his own right. He is truly an amazing man. I highly recommend him to ship any precious animal or vehicle with complete confidence. I can’t thank him enough for the outstanding job in shipping my motorcycle. Well done Kevin!

Easy 5 star review. I chose M&A because of their multiple 5-star reviews. The price was also attractive - safe transport of pets is worth a splurge. Anton from M&A responded quickly to my booking request, and arranged transport for my 2 cats within a couple days. Payment was 1/3 up front and 2/3 upon delivery. He arrived on time with everything the cats needed for a cross-country drive. They arrived healthy and happy, and he provided pictures several times a day along the way. I was expecting something more complicated requiring lots of directions and explanations, but it was a very easy experience - Anton is clearly a professional. Would most definitely book again.

Brooke was so easy to work with. She was very responsive to emails and texts. She kept us updated on Murphy’s journey on the day she transported him. I appreciated her texting me a picture and video of Murphy as soon as she arrived to pick him up so we could confirm it was him and that he was in good hands.We would recommend using Brooke to transport your furball:)

When I checked M&A's reviews, I was happy to see many positive responses from satisfied dog parents, but I had to point out to my husband that there were no reviews from happy dogs. Now that my Buddy had safely arrived home to Missouri, after travelling all the way from NY (and being on a flight all by himself from Central Asia) we would like to redeem this. Buddy enjoyed his ride very much with Anton and the team and made vast friends, so much so that I think he wanted to invite them to stay when they arrived)). Well, any friend of Buddy is more than welcome and I gladly extend his invitation whenever the team is in the area. The driver took care of the paperwork that was missing in transaction, calmed Buddy after a long and very trying flight, showed his the NY sights, and took him shopping to Walmart. At least that what Buddy says ))). He really enjoyed travelling with Anton's team for 2 days across the states and sent his pictures from the trip - mostly eating snacks or admiring the view. Buddy recommends Anton's team most highly and says that he is even willing to take another flight (but a short one this time, please) if he could go on another road trip with his new friend.

Here we are the day before pick up and I have no one to do plus he took my money. I thought this was a safe place to provide transportation and they did background checks🤦🏼♀️

RM pet couriers was the easiest service I've ever experienced. Robert was very professional and quick to respond. The open communication was outstanding! I've never used a service like this before and Robert made it so much less stressful. My family moved from California to Kentucky and we were unable to bring our dog on the plane due to his breed. It was hard to find someone willing to move a pit bull mix weighing 80lbs but Robert cared for him like any other dog. Robert also shares pictures and his location the entire trip. I would definitely use RM pet couriers again and recommend to anyone moving their pets short or long distances.
