They were so incredible! My dog can sometimes be pretty anxious but they made her feel so comfortable and she was so well taken care of. They were so communicative and sent videos the whole way, and took just 4 days to get her across the country. I truly cannot thank them enough for getting my sweet girl safely to me. Mark, picked up our pup from Lagrangeville NY to Palm Coast FL. He was on time and very professional and attentive. He kept us informed about the whole journey and we were able to track our pup through a GPS tracking system. Mark made us feel worried free and he also sent videos of the stops and the progress and well-being of our dog. we highly recommend him to anyone who wants a safe, professional and worry-free transporter. Having Daniel transport our standard poodle mix from Washington to Texas was the easiest part of our cross country move - and the part we were most anxious about. Daniel was very communicative and sent a ton of pictures along their drive. Super impressed with how quickly they made the drive and how prepared Daniel was with supplies. Natalia is PHENOMENAL!!! She picked up my Pug, Justin, in Southern California and drove him all the way across the country to South Carolina. I got multiple updates and pictures everyday, as well as progress reports as to how Justin was doing. She even gives you access to an app, so you know where she and your doggo is 24/7! She was on time (a little early in fact) and very communicative. Natalia truly delivers when it comes to treating your fur baby like her own. She’s the most kind hearted and dependable lady you’ll ever find on this website to help with transporting your most precious cargo! From day 1, Josie was amazing in both communicating and being responsive to my needs. Having to move my two cats almost halfway across the country was very last minute and unexpected, but Josie responded quickly and got me taken care of. She had her location on the whole ride so I could stay updated on her progress, and she was so communicative for the entire trip. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by Heather and her companion. They transported my dog to our destination safely and showed exceptional care and professionalism. She followed all my directions carefully, including administering Flash's medication as intended. They even found creative and caring ways to entice him into taking his meds, which was a huge relief and help. Flash was very happy and relaxed upon his return, and seeing him so content was priceless! One salient point that symbolizes their willingness to go above and beyond was: The elevator at the destination broke down and my injuries put me between a rock and a hard place so I asked Heather and her companion to assist me in getting my dog's stuff up 4 floors. They did it nicely and with a good attitude. They were very pleasant, had a good attitude, and treated my dog like he was a golden boy that he deserves to be the whole time! This was premium service! I highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and compassionate transporter!

The owner is very nice and has good intentions. However, my pup was delivered almost 24 hours than I expected. I waited through the night. I was unaware that my pup would be driven all over the east coast while other deliveries were made. I am an understanding person and had to continuously reach out to the owner as the driver would send me a time and several hours would pass and drop off continued to be delayed. Keeping me in the loop would hav helped but this not only concerned me for the welfare of my pup but the lack of respect for the family I got my pup From as well as my own was disappointing. The owner explained it was her mother in law helping out with deliveries and apologized but in the end offered no remedy for the way this entire trip went. She sounded sincere and perhaps is not their regular way a doing business so I give them the benefit of the doubt but cannot offer any better rating than I have on my experience. The important thing when all was done is that my pup and his drivers were safe and sound despite it all.

Excellent care transporting our 2yr old lab from Arizona to Virginia!! Kept us updated all along the route. Even stopped at two doggie parks and made sure he had the place to himself. Sent over 100 video clips. Allowed our dog to be crate free and secured in the back seat. Answered texts and phone calls immediately. Even adjusted both pick up and drop off locations.
