Our previous pet transport company cancelled on us at the very last minute, leaving us in a very stressful situation. JB Pet express stepped in at the last minute and went out of their way to pick up our dog from the Teterboro airport and bring him safely all the way to us in Las Vegas. Kept us updated throughout the entire journey, letting us know how things were going and making sure we knew that he was safe and being well looked after. It gave us such peace of mind during a very stressful time. Our dog arrived safely and happy! We would absolutely recommend JB Pet Express service to anyone who needs safe and caring pet transportation! 🐾❤️

I booked Jean for transport after she confirmed she offers solo transport with frequent updates. Immediately upon accepting her quote, she expressed frustration about the booking on the platform, complained about potential cancellation marks, and then explicitly stated: "At this point, I'll need a hefty tip". Pressuring or coercing a customer into committing to an extra "hefty tip" on top of an agreed bid violates platform policy and basic professional standards. Tips are earned through good service at the client's discretion, not leveraged as an upfront condition of transit. I had to cancel the shipment and escalate to CitizenShipper support. Be cautious when booking.

I highly recommend Taylor Riley and Lion & The Lamb Transport. Taylor transported my Frenchie from Colorado Springs, Colorado to Texas, and the level of care she provided was exceptional. What impressed me most was that she treated my i dog like she was her own. Throughout the entire trip, Taylor kept us updated with messages, pictures, videos, potty breaks, feeding updates, and arrival times. We were also dealing with severe weather along the route, including concerns about storms and possible tornadoes. Taylor never took unnecessary chances. She slowed down, kept us informed, and made my dog’s safety her priority. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about animals, and Taylor absolutely does. She was professional, dependable, compassionate, and honest from the beginning of the trip until my Frenchie arrived safely. Handing your pet over to someone for a long-distance trip requires a lot of trust. Taylor earned that trust and exceeded my expectations. If I ever need another pet transported, Taylor Riley will be the first person I call. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet like family. Thank you, Taylor, for getting my girl home safely and for taking such great care of her every mile of the way.

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin, Cherie, and Ari and the care they showed my four cats during their cross-country move from North Carolina to California. I was already incredibly nervous about moving my cats because they are truly my babies, they each have very different personalities, and travel is stressful for them. Ari was actually the first person I met in the process. She picked my cats up from me, helped care for them during boarding, and then accompanied them during the transport as well. Kevin and Cherie were equally involved throughout the journey, and together they made me feel like they genuinely understood how important my cats were to me. They not only transported my cats, but also boarded and cared for them as part of the process, which meant I was trusting them with my entire little furry family for an extended period of time. From the beginning, I felt like they treated that responsibility with the seriousness and compassion it deserved. And then the trip decided to become an entire adventure...Their original flight was impacted by a bird strike and ultimately canceled, leaving them stranded in Houston with my four cats while they waited for another flight to Los Angeles. That was an incredibly stressful situation, but Kevin, Cherie, and Ari were amazing. They stayed with my babies, kept me updated, reassured me that they were okay, and continued caring for them through circumstances completely outside of anyone’s control. They were essentially stuck in that airport right alongside them and never once made me feel like my cats were an inconvenience. By the time they finally arrived in California, everyone had been THROUGH IT, but my babies were safe, cared for, and finally home with their mama. And honestly, the biggest testament to the care they received was how quickly they settled into their new home once they were back with me. Transporting someone’s pets requires so much more than simply getting them from Point A to Point B. It takes patience, compassion, responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm when the unexpected happens. Kevin, Cherie, and Ari demonstrated all of that. I am incredibly grateful to all three of them for caring for my cats during boarding, navigating one heck of a travel ordeal, and ultimately getting all four of my babies safely across the country and home to me. I would absolutely trust Kevin, Cherie, and Ari with my pets again and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who needs someone to care for their animals like they actually matter, because it was very clear throughout this entire experience that mine did. ❤️🐾
