About

Hi, I’m Gloria Elizabeth, owner and operator of Elizabeth Transport. Based in the Chicago area, I’ve been helping pets reach their families through door-to-door ground transportation since 2017. Whether you’re welcoming a new puppy, relocating with your dog or cat, or arranging a breeder delivery, I understand how much trust it takes to place your pet in someone else’s care. I personally transport and care for your pet, keeping you informed from pickup through delivery. YOUR TRANSPORT OPTIONS • Small-group shared transportation: I typically travel with up to four pet passengers at a time, allowing personal attention throughout the journey. Available space depends on each pet’s size, accommodations and care needs. Shared trips follow a planned route and work best with flexible dates. • Private household transportation: A dedicated trip exclusively for your household’s pets, with pickup and delivery arrangements planned around your needs. COMFORT AND CARE ON THE ROAD Pets travel in my climate-controlled 2020 Honda Pilot with sanitized crates and travel supplies. Each passenger is secured while the vehicle is moving, with regular stops for water, care and appropriate bathroom breaks. Before pickup, we discuss your pet’s age, size, temperament, feeding routine and any special handling needs. When an overnight stay is needed, I arrange accommodations at a pet-friendly hotel, where your pet stays with me. COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE JOURNEY I communicate with you at pickup and send regular progress updates, photos and videos along the route. At every rest stop, I provide a location update—typically every three to four hours, depending on the needs of the passengers on board. As delivery approaches, I coordinate the arrival window with the recipient. If traffic, weather or a passenger’s care needs affect the schedule, I keep you informed. PREPARING FOR YOUR PET’S TRIP Please have your pet’s usual food, feeding instructions and required health and vaccination documents ready at pickup. Let me know about any belongings you would like to send so we can confirm available space. Pickup and delivery windows are coordinated before travel. Shared-route timing may change during the journey, and I communicate updates along the way. Elizabeth Transport — Find comfort in the chaos.

Gloria was amazing from start to finish! I loved the initial communication and how kind she was and understanding for my very first ever move with my soulcat Anduin. Moving such a long distance was scary for me but she helped make the process smooth and easy for us. I loved her updates through text with pics and videos and I felt 1000% safe with Anduin in her care. Thank you for transporting my baby Safely!!

Gloria was very easy to work with. She responds promptly on CitizenShipper and she gave updates during the trip. She delivered our sweet pup from to door to door, and she took great care of her. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Gloria. Transport was fast. 11 hour trip and she drove straight through with bathroom breaks along the way.

I had the best experience booking a shipping service with Gloria, she was super cordial and easy to communicate with from the get go. She kept me informed from the moment she picked up my puppy, and provided updated along the way. She made sure that my puppy was in a welcoming and peaceful environment during the trip. Gloria was very helpful and I truly appreciate how flexible she was accommodating my very limited drop off window. This was my first time booking through citizenshipper, and honestly I'm happily impressed. I'm very grateful that Gloria brought my puppy, and if I ever need long distance shipping service again I will definitely use her service.
