About

Hi! I'm Laura. I have home bases across the country including Fort Myers, FL, Chicago, IL, and Salt Lake City, UT, so I cover a lot of ground. I take on both pet transport and general shipments. I am a thoughtful driver that keeps pets and things secure and safe inside clean, climate controlled vehicles. You'll definitely get photos and check-ins along the way so you're never left wondering where your things or furry friends are at. Car rides can be overstimulating for pets so I really strive to create an environment that's as low-stress as possible. I have a good vibe with basically all animals so handling them gently and with care when they are excited or stressed is something that I'm good at! I have a couple crates that I clean after every use and I'm happy to share what I have but if you have one of your own that is always helpful. As a dog owner who has had my own pets shipped cross-country, I know exactly how these trips feel from your side, so the updates aren't a chore for me, they're the fun part :) For furniture and other belongings, I will be sure to pack and secure them properly, and handle with great care! Special instructions don't scare me either. I'm new to CitizenShipper but not to the road. I have years of long-distance driving behind me and I take the responsibility seriously. I used to guide tours in remote backcountry areas where I regularly drove a 14 passenger van full of people with a 6 x 9 trailer attached or a F450 dually fully loaded on extremely steep cliff roads... so I promise I'm a good driver 😉 Logistics can get messy for companies that have multiple drivers. Since I'm a one-woman operation, you get a single point of contact from pickup to drop-off (me), so nothing slips through the cracks. While I build up reviews here I'm keeping my rates competitive, and I'm happy to share personal references so you can book with confidence!! I treat every animal and every shipment with the same care I'd want for my own. <3 - Laura

Laura is an absolute Angel, I had 2 cats and 4 kittens that needed to be transported and she helped get them calm into carriers and got them safely to their new home! I highly recommend her for pet transport
