With over 10 years of driving experience, a background as a breeder and former veterinary technician, and hands-on rescue work, I’m passionate about providing safe, compassionate pet transport. My goal is to ensure your pet arrives safely, comfortably, and with minimal stress—while giving you peace of mind throughout the journey. ⭐ Door-to-Door Transport ⭐ VIP/Solo Transport ⭐ USDA Certified, Licensed & Insured ⭐ Direct Communication — you work directly with me ⭐ Reasonable & Negotiable Rates I personally handle every transport, providing one-on-one care and attention for your pet from start to finish. ⸻ EXPERIENCE • photo and text updates daily • Direct communication via phone or text • Climate-controlled vehicle • Stops every 2–4 hours for water, bathroom breaks, and care • Pet-friendly hotel stays when needed—pets are never left unattended I maintain a clean, sanitized environment using kennel-safe disinfectants. Puppies follow a strict “no paws on the ground” policy for safety. UNLESS requested others wise I also carry Nutri-Cal, quality toppers, and treats if needed. 🐈 Cats travel in spacious kennels with litter boxes—I understand their unique needs and make them a top priority.(Kitties are handled differently and walks are not given and photos are dependent on the situation but updates are always given ) ⸻ ADDITIONAL 🚨 $2M Comprehensive Insurance Coverage ☎️ 24/7 On-Call Vet access through FirstVet ⸻ BOOKING & POLICIES By accepting this bid, you agree to the following transport terms: Operating hours are 5:00 AM–12:00 AM daily, with continuous travel and scheduled stops; however, occasional delays or issues may require pickup or delivery slightly before or after these hours. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed and FLEXIBILITY IS REQUIRED You agree to a 24-hour flexible window before/after quoted dates. Estimated arrival times will be provided in advance when available and updated as we travel, so you are kept informed throughout transport. Arrival times are estimated and transport dates quoted have a 24 hour window any further change will be discussed. Pet must be ready at pickup with a collar and leash; food must be provided in a single gallon-sized bag containing only enough food for the duration of travel (no leftover food will remain at delivery). We use slip leads for handling. Only essential items are accepted: one gallon-sized bag of food, one collar, and one leash. No additional belongings will be accepted. Payments accepted via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or cash, and must be completed within one hour prior to drop-off Delays caused by payment issues may incur additional fees. Tina at AVL Transport did an outstanding job transporting our 60lb Golden Retriever, Sunny, from Virginia to Washington. She was communicative throughout the trip, kept us updated, and delivered right on schedule. Sunny arrived happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for the whole way. Beyond the great service, Tina was accommodating with our scheduling needs and her pricing was the best we found for a cross-country transport. Tina was very patient with my nervous puppy that was traveling 2700 miles across the country. She kept me informed of the puppies experience and what she did to try to support my nervous little pup, e.g. fed can food to entice eating, changed where dog was transported in the van, ensured collar was secure and non-escapable. Tina updated myself and the breeder multiple times a day and sent us a picture each day. I never felt concerned for anything other than the puppy was nervous and on a long journey. Tina kept me assured with her reports and actions. I would recommend ATL Transport and will definitely use them again.
