Hello, my name is Tina, and I'm pleased to introduce myself. I possess over 10 years of driving experience. I have a strong affection for animals and, as a breeder and former veterinary technician who actively volunteers with rescue organizations, I have developed a passion for pet transport. My primary objective is to ensure that your pet arrives at their destination safely and with minimal stress. I understand the importance of peace of mind for pet owners while their animals are on a journey. To keep you informed, I provide live location updates, text messages, and photos throughout the transport process. I am certified and fully insured, offering assurance that your pet is in safe hands. I drive in longer segments to expedite transport and take breaks every two hours for bathroom needs, fresh water, and some extra care. I prioritize cleanliness, ensuring that all kennels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, using kennel sol to maintain a hygienic environment for your pet. For puppies, I make sure they travel with no paws on the ground, and carry nutrical for younger or older pets who may require it. Additionally, I have high-quality toppers and treats available if needed during the journey. As booking with me you agree to the following : Operating Hours & Availability I understand that schedules can be hectic and travel can be unpredictable. My operating hours are from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), seven days a week. Transport is a full day of driving with continuous scheduled stops; therefore, I am unable to wait for specific availability times. By booking with me, you acknowledge and agree to remain available during this full operating window on the scheduled pickup and delivery dates. If you have other commitments, please plan accordingly. Transport Windows & Flexibility As outlined in our policy, I operate within: • A 24-hour window before and after the quoted transport dates • A 2-hour arrival window, which will be confirmed no less than 24 hours in advance Flexibility is essential to ensure timely and safe transport for all pets in our care. Pet Preparation Requirements To ensure your pet is ready for transport, please provide: • Food packed in gallon-sized, sealed baggies • A properly fitted collar • A leash For safety purposes, I use slip leads during handling. Your pet’s collar must be provided at pickup and will be returned at drop-off. Personal Items Policy Space inside the transport vehicle is extremely limited. I can only accept: • One gallon-sized bag of food • One collar • One leash No additional personal items will be accepted. This policy is in place to maintain proper airflow, ensure safe spacing, protect our working environment, and prevent cross-contamination between households. Small comfort items (such as a blanket or toy) are permitted only if they fit entirely inside your pet’s crate. Please label all food baggies clearly with your pet’s name. Payment Policy I accept the following forms of payment: • Zelle • Cash App • Apple Pay • Cash All digital payments must be completed at least one hour prior to arrival to ensure funds have cleared before drop-off. Any payment issues that result in delays, redelivery, or extended waiting times may incur additional fees. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. Tina and her husband kept in touch with us about the arrival time. There was a mix up about the location but all turned out well. They drove straight through to our dog’s destination across country. She gave Maggie extra attention to calm her during the trip. She arrived safely to her destination and was doing well after the long trip. Good job Tina!
