Ben drove my puppy from Portland, OR to East Lansing, MI. He was wonderful! Sent so many pictures and videos, cared for my little guy as if he were his own. Sends updates often, not while driving of course. Proven to be a safe driver. He is prompt with delivery dates, providing updates, as well as GPS tracking. My puppy loved traveling in his van and loved having Ben as his travel companion. I would hire Ben 10 times over. He asks how my new puppy is doing even after drop off, which shows he really cares for both you and your pet. He goes out of his way to use expensive, hospital grade disinfectant to ensure any trace of dog illnesses are not left in his van. As a person, Ben is kind, caring, passionate, and is not pushy or impatient with you or your pet. He accommodates both of your needs. He has a crate for transport, or a pet seatbelt if you prefer your pet be a shotgun rider. I’m not sure what else I can say to attest to having Ben as a pet transporter, other than our experience was nothing but wonderful.
