About
⭐Who are we?⭐ I am a small business, not a large company. You deal with me from booking to delivery. Instead of a large, loud van crammed full of animals, I keep my loads very small (usually 1-2 animals at a time) to insure I can give plenty of individual care and attention. I just recently started transporting as a career, after years of not only transporting my own puppies cross country, but occasionally being a customer, too. Transporting my own puppies gave me experience. Being a customer made me understand what is sometimes lacking in this industry, and how I can improve it. Trust, dependability, communication, stellar care, and safety will always be my focus. ⭐More Than Transportation — Peace of Mind From Pickup to Delivery⭐ I understand how stressful it can be to put your pet in someone else’s care. I know that feeling not only as a professional, but as a customer myself. My background in animal care began as a vet tech, where I learned firsthand how differently animals respond to travel, unfamiliar environments, stress, illness, age, and handling. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience working with all kinds of dogs and other animals, including young puppies, elderly pets, fearful or flighty animals, and breeds with special transportation considerations, including brachycephalic (snub-nosed) breeds. I’ve also been on the other side of the transaction. As a customer who has needed animals transported, I learned very quickly what I appreciated — and what I wished was different. Communication, reliability, transparency, and knowing exactly where your animal is should not be considered extras. They should be standard. I began transporting my own puppies across the United States, personally experiencing the logistics and responsibility that come with long-distance ground transportation. Those trips taught me that transporting an animal safely isn't simply about getting from Point A to Point B. It’s about understanding the individual animal, anticipating their needs, minimizing stress, maintaining a safe environment, and treating every pet as if they were my own. That philosophy is at the heart of my transportation service. ⭐Safety, Communication & Accountability⭐ When your pet is traveling with me, I believe you should never have to wonder how they are doing or where they are. I maintain regular communication throughout the trip and provide photo and video updates so you can actually see your pet along the way. Customers can also follow their journey through GPS tracking, providing an additional layer of transparency and peace of mind. I don't disappear with your pet. I also don't leave animals alone in vans overnight. I do not use hotels during transport. I remain with the animals in the vehicle throughout the journey so I can monitor them, respond to their needs, and know what is happening around them at all times. Every animal is different, and I approach transportation accordingly. A confident adult dog may need very little reassurance (just a lot of lovin's!!!), while a frightened rescue, tiny puppy, senior dog, or brachycephalic breed may require a completely different approach. I take the time to learn about each animal before the trip so I can prepare for their individual needs. ⭐Experience You Can Trust⭐ My experience with animals goes far beyond simply driving them from one location to another. My veterinary background has taught me to recognize changes in behavior and condition, handle animals safely, and understand the importance of paying attention to the little things. My experience as an animal owner has given me years of hands-on experience with puppies, adult dogs, newborns, senior animals, and the many personalities and challenges that come with caring for multiple animals. And my experience as a customer has taught me what it feels like to place an animal you love in someone else's hands. I bring all three perspectives with me every time I transport. I am fully insured and USDA licensed. When an owner entrusts me with their pet, I don't take that responsibility lightly. ⭐My Promise⭐ My goal isn't simply to deliver your pet safely. My goal is for you to feel confident from the moment you book your transport until the moment you are reunited with your animal. I believe in being honest about expectations, communicating consistently, showing you how your pet is doing along the way, and treating every animal with patience and respect. Whether I'm transporting a tiny puppy heading to its new family, an elderly companion making a long journey, a nervous dog who needs extra reassurance, or a breed requiring additional care and attention, I approach the trip with the same mindset: Your pet isn't cargo. They're family. When your pet travels with me, their safety, comfort, and well-being are my responsibility — and I take that responsibility personally.
