Do not use her, I sent her a $475 down payment. She used my payment to go rent a RV for another person animal. Then she tells me the RV place did not give her her deposit back so she does not have my down payment and can not transport my dog. My family had made plans to fly out and had to cancel due to her. So I asked if she could pay half of my down payment back and she stated she does not have anything. No way you should be transporting anyone animal if you don’t have your own emergency funds.

Elena was so very caring with my father's dog! We really appreciate Elena's sensitivity to how much upheaval the dog had been experiencing, and how she welcomed the affection and companionship our sweet dog wanted to give. The scheduling can be a little challenging, just as Elena warns: she works whenever she can, which may not be within typical awake hours. This was the only difficulty, and again, it's one we knew was a possibility. Would certainly recommend and even use again should the need arise!

Couldn't be happier with the transport provided by Bear Creek. We trusted them with our 8 week old Boerboel puppy and so glad we did because they did an amazing job taking care of her for the 6 hour ride. I would give more than 5 stars if available! Monica not only went above and beyond but there was no delay or any issues with my transport of my pet Ginger! I booked the delivery. On the day the driver was supposed to pick up the shipment, he asked for the payment upfront. When I told him that I would pay upon delivery, he stopped responding and did not answer my messages or calls. He let both the sender and me down and didn’t even notify us that he was no longer going to fulfill his delivery commitment.

Hands down the best driver for our pets!!! Super kind and knowledgeable. I was terrified of doing this because one of my dogs is in pain from some terrible arthritis and the other one is a large ball of anxiety. Family First Drivers did an absolutely amazing job transporting our two dogs all the way from Jacksonville, Alabama, to Kodiak, Alaska—including accompanying them on the ferry! They arranged private transport for our extremely anxious pit bull and provided excellent communication throughout the entire journey. We had GPS tracking and received lots of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. After we booked, we learned that our dogs would need CVI health certificates before traveling through Canada. Family First Drivers promptly arranged a veterinary stop and handled everything without delaying the trip. I was incredibly nervous about trusting someone with my dogs on such a long journey, but they truly went above and beyond. Our dogs were safe, well cared for, and treated like family. I cannot recommend Family First Drivers highly enough!

pickup up aug 1. Never got to Los Angeles. Initially said 4-5 days, after 3 weeks of zero tracking and almost non existent contacts he said he was in Austin, TX. I told I would fly to Austin to pickup dog. Arrived and he said he's coming, please wait. He only sent me that one text per day for 4 days. Would never answer phone or text messages, ever. Never came for 5 days. I had rental car waiting in hotel parking lot waiting for him to simply bring me the dog for 5 days plus hotel fee and airfare to Austin. $700 hotel,$500 airfare, $1200 car rental so far. He came morning of day 5, on dept 1, he had my dog for one month for a 4-5 day delivery he did not even complete. Then I had to finish his delivery and drive to Los Angeles. $300 more in hotel, hundreds in gas. You would be a fool to use this man to transport your dog. Unbelievable but true. He cost me about $5000 to track him down and wait to get my dog to Los Angeles plus an entire week of my time.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Stevie and cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional, incredibly communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure our new puppy was happy and comfortable throughout the entire trip. She communicated wonderfully with both us and our breeder, coordinating the pickup and keeping everyone informed along the way. That made the entire process so easy and gave us one less thing to worry about. Stevie was also willing to work with us on the price since she already had another pickup and delivery in our area, which we really appreciated. What really showed us the level of care Stevie provides was finding out that she even let our little girl sleep with her the night they were traveling together. 🥹 It was so comforting knowing our brand-new puppy wasn’t just being transported—she was being loved and cared for along the way. Our puppy arrived happy, healthy, and clearly very comfortable with Stevie. The entire experience gave us so much peace of mind, especially when trusting someone with such a tiny new member of our family. Brandon did an excellent job. He communicated really well via email, text and phone. He accessed the road worthiness of the trailer, recommended new tires because they were over 20 years old, and had them replaced at a tire discount store on the trip. He showed his technical knowledge of trailers by persuading us to use a tow away over a flat bed. The price was fair, he cooperated with the pick up and drop off persons to create a successful trip. I would not recommend LoadMaster Group. The entire transport experience was unnecessarily stressful and poorly handled from beginning to end. My trailer was originally scheduled to be picked up on Wednesday, but the pickup was delayed until Friday evening, and the driver was also changed. The replacement driver then arrived at the manufacturer after normal business hours, requiring someone from the manufacturer to come back specifically to accommodate the pickup. The biggest issue came at delivery. Tony had explicitly told me in writing that because of the driver change, “You will only need to pay the driver $3,350 on delivery instead of $3,400.” I relied on those written instructions and went to the bank to withdraw $3,350 in cash for the driver. Approximately 20 minutes before the trailer arrived, Kay called and told me I now owed $3,400. When I explained that Tony had given me the $3,350 amount in writing and that I had already withdrawn the cash based on those instructions, Kay became extremely unprofessional. She repeatedly talked and yelled over me, would not allow me to finish what I was saying, and accused me of not holding up my side of the agreement. Their own messages later acknowledged that Tony had changed the amount and called it a “human mistake.” Yet somehow I was being blamed for relying on the information their representative provided. There had been no subsequent written communication correcting Tony’s $3,350 delivery amount before Kay called me 20 minutes before delivery. To make matters worse, my brand-new trailer arrived with damage sustained during transport, which I documented immediately. The driver’s truck also leaked power steering fluid during delivery, leaving numerous fluid spots and a visible trail on the pavement in front of my home. I understand that schedules can change and human errors happen. What I don’t accept is a two-day pickup delay, a last-minute driver change, an after-hours pickup that inconvenienced the manufacturer, damage to my brand-new trailer, conflicting payment instructions, and then being yelled over and blamed for following the company’s own written instructions. After paying thousands of dollars for this transport, I expected basic communication, professionalism, and care of my trailer. Instead, this experience was stressful from pickup through delivery. Based on my experience, I would not use LoadMaster Group again and cannot recommend them.
