100/5 Stars! Hands down the absolute best pet transport experience! If I could give Jorge, the owner of Pet Cab, a 100-star rating, I would do it in a heartbeat. I used CitizenShipper to find a driver, and connecting with Jorge was the best thing that could have happened for my dogs. He transported my three-year-old female Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Taylor, along with her 10-week-old puppy, all the way from the middle of Florida to Southern California. Sending a momma dog and a tiny puppy across the country is incredibly stressful, but Jorge completely eliminated all of my anxiety. He was the definition of professional throughout the entire day-and-a-half journey. From the moment he started driving, I felt completely at ease. She went way above to meet my son— helped with making sure his apartment was left way it should have been ensured keys were dropped she went way above and beyond. I could not give a better rating! I never spoke with Kelvin.. somebody named Susan was running the show. I was insulted and they tried to take my puppies West without permission. We almost had to surrender the puppies to the Police Station. We offered to pay more but they should just stick to running freight and not animals. I was so glad to get them out of their care. They never cleaned them. They sent me pictures of them with poop all around them and told me they were clean. They had them in the truck in the back of the truck bed and these were 10 week old puppies. We tried to accommodate them in every way and it should have been the other way around “.They said they should have passed” …..and they should have! They were supposed to be in Poplar Bluff MO, but ended up in Ozark MO where they were supposed to be in a Hotel. But ended up in K.C MO then had to hunt them down somewhere in Kansas because they decided to go to a location that was not agreed upon. Do not book if you have an animal or a pet of any type.

Bryan was great. He sent me several pictures, videos, and updates throughout the trip which was extra nice. Bryan also stopped multiple times so my dog could take a break from the long drive. Bryan was transporting my new rescue from southern California to northern Utah so this was a very long trip and he still make it here for a late night delivery. I'm in a sling & my arm is incompacitated. I couldn't even get my girl Indigo's harness on. He was a God send. He did it for me. She's 12 & started having seizures 4 years ago. He made sure to give her medication twice a day. He got her to my destination quickly which was very nice because she is my comfort. He was sure to send updates & photos that eased my mind. I know how hard it can be to trust someone you’ve never met—especially when you’re trusting them to safely transport one of your furry family members across the country. But you can absolutely trust Krystal and her husband, Jose! From the very beginning, they were incredibly communicative and professional. They contacted both me and the shelter directly to coordinate the pickup, so I never had to play the middleman. That made the entire process so much easier and gave me peace of mind. Our dog was sick when he was picked up, and Krystal was incredibly understanding and respectful of his situation. She even offered solo transport and was willing to administer medication if needed while he was in their care. That level of compassion meant so much to us. They kept us updated throughout the entire trip, which helped ease any worries we had. They picked him up in the Los Angeles area around 2 PM, and he was safely at our doorstep in Grand Junction, Colorado, by about 3 AM—all in one day! We are so incredibly grateful for the care, communication, and safe transport they provided. Pictures and videos from her helped ease the worry and stress a lot! We are beyond grateful for everything she did and would recommend her without hesitation.
