Shipment from Elmira, NY to Darby, PA
Hey, you! Yeah. you! Scrolling through your bid offers stressed out worried about how you're going to get your fur baby picked up and delivered to you! Look no further! When I tell u Lois is the one, I mean it from the bottom of my heart! This lovely lady! Cut through all the noise, all the promises, all the retracted bids, all the uncertainty, all the crap lol and gave me advice that I needed to get this show on the road. Pun intended. She told me to tell the people who had my fur baby to hold her one more day and that someone would be there to pick her up in the morning and that that someone would be her. We finalized the bid, locked in on the details, made sure additional fees and business hours were alignment. Lois sent tracking information without me even asking for it. That's what i call Bless-ed Reassurance:). Took the photo I requested to ensure that the correct kitty cat was being picked up. Did a cash transaction that was needed for my fur baby to be released from the shelter. Secured my fur baby in a pink crate lined with a towel for her comfort for the long journey home. Then Lois safely and quickly transported my fur baby home and ended a saga that had been going on for quite some time. She also filmed the glorious and joyous homecoming and sent it to me to enjoy! Lois restored joy to our hearts, love to our home, and our fur baby back to our arms again. If you don't book with Lois you would be a fool. Look no further. Book no further. Choose Lois for your Citizen Shipper needs! Sincerely, Boo Boo Tiger's Momma

Shipment from Brooksville, FL to Riverside, CA
100/5 Stars! Hands down the absolute best pet transport experience! If I could give Jorge, the owner of Pet Cab, a 100-star rating, I would do it in a heartbeat. I used CitizenShipper to find a driver, and connecting with Jorge was the best thing that could have happened for my dogs. He transported my three-year-old female Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Taylor, along with her 10-week-old puppy, all the way from the middle of Florida to Southern California. Sending a momma dog and a tiny puppy across the country is incredibly stressful, but Jorge completely eliminated all of my anxiety. He was the definition of professional throughout the entire day-and-a-half journey. From the moment he started driving, I felt completely at ease. His communication was regular, proactive, and flawless. He sent tons of beautiful photos along the way so I could see exactly how happy and comfortable my Corgis were. Jorge operates with immense integrity and a level of professionalism that is rare to find. I could not possibly recommend him or Pet Cab any more highly. If you want absolute peace of mind and top-tier care for your beloved pets, book with Jorge! May God continue to bless you, Jorge❤️

Shipment from Swedeborg, MO to Los Angeles, CA
I never spoke with Kelvin.. somebody named Susan was running the show. I was insulted and they tried to take my puppies West without permission. We almost had to surrender the puppies to the Police Station. We offered to pay more but they should just stick to running freight and not animals. I was so glad to get them out of their care. They never cleaned them. They sent me pictures of them with poop all around them and told me they were clean. They had them in the truck in the back of the truck bed and these were 10 week old puppies. We tried to accommodate them in every way and it should have been the other way around “.They said they should have passed” …..and they should have! They were supposed to be in Poplar Bluff MO, but ended up in Ozark MO where they were supposed to be in a Hotel. But ended up in K.C MO then had to hunt them down somewhere in Kansas because they decided to go to a location that was not agreed upon. Do not book if you have an animal or a pet of any type.

Won by Kennel2Casa, Luxury Animal Transport for $2,300.00
Shipment from Clarendon Hills, IL to San Francisco, CA
I was a nervous about this whole process as a first timer of having a “stranger” driving my pet for 2 days. Jayy showed up and was kind and well prepared to drive my dog VIP style. He took good care of her and communicated regularly - sending texts and photos - along the way. He is calm and my Goldendoodle jumped in his car without a second thought! I would highly recommended him for transporting your pet! Thank you Jayy!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely recommend Krystal & Jose! I know how hard it can be to trust someone you’ve never met—especially when you’re trusting them to safely transport one of your furry family members across the country. But you can absolutely trust Krystal and her husband, Jose! From the very beginning, they were incredibly communicative and professional. They contacted both me and the shelter directly to coordinate the pickup, so I never had to play the middleman. That made the entire process so much easier and gave me peace of mind. Our dog was sick when he was picked up, and Krystal was incredibly understanding and respectful of his situation. She even offered solo transport and was willing to administer medication if needed while he was in their care. That level of compassion meant so much to us. They kept us updated throughout the entire trip, which helped ease any worries we had. They picked him up in the Los Angeles area around 2 PM, and he was safely at our doorstep in Grand Junction, Colorado, by about 3 AM—all in one day! We are so incredibly grateful for the care, communication, and safe transport they provided. Early morning or not, we were just thrilled to have our boy home safely! ❤️🐾 If you’re looking for someone to transport your beloved pet, I highly recommend Krystal and Jose. They treated our dog with care and compassion from pickup to drop-off, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
