I would not recommend LoadMaster Group. The entire transport experience was unnecessarily stressful and poorly handled from beginning to end.
My trailer was originally scheduled to be picked up on Wednesday, but the pickup was delayed until Friday evening, and the driver was also changed. The replacement driver then arrived at the manufacturer after normal business hours, requiring someone from the manufacturer to come back specifically to accommodate the pickup.
The biggest issue came at delivery. Tony had explicitly told me in writing that because of the driver change, “You will only need to pay the driver $3,350 on delivery instead of $3,400.” I relied on those written instructions and went to the bank to withdraw $3,350 in cash for the driver.
Approximately 20 minutes before the trailer arrived, Kay called and told me I now owed $3,400. When I explained that Tony had given me the $3,350 amount in writing and that I had already withdrawn the cash based on those instructions, Kay became extremely unprofessional. She repeatedly talked and yelled over me, would not allow me to finish what I was saying, and accused me of not holding up my side of the agreement.
Their own messages later acknowledged that Tony had changed the amount and called it a “human mistake.” Yet somehow I was being blamed for relying on the information their representative provided. There had been no subsequent written communication correcting Tony’s $3,350 delivery amount before Kay called me 20 minutes before delivery.
To make matters worse, my brand-new trailer arrived with damage sustained during transport, which I documented immediately. The driver’s truck also leaked power steering fluid during delivery, leaving numerous fluid spots and a visible trail on the pavement in front of my home.
I understand that schedules can change and human errors happen. What I don’t accept is a two-day pickup delay, a last-minute driver change, an after-hours pickup that inconvenienced the manufacturer, damage to my brand-new trailer, conflicting payment instructions, and then being yelled over and blamed for following the company’s own written instructions.
After paying thousands of dollars for this transport, I expected basic communication, professionalism, and care of my trailer. Instead, this experience was stressful from pickup through delivery.
Based on my experience, I would not use LoadMaster Group again and cannot recommend them.

SCAM ALERT – Refusing Refund & Unresponsive
Terrible experience. They demanded 50% upfront, tried to charge an extra $200 over the accepted quote, and completely ghosted me when I asked for my money back. Days after cancelling, they sent a generic email saying they couldn't complete the delivery, but ignored the refund entirely. They refuse to answer calls or messages. I am actively disputing these charges with my bank and CitizenShipper. Avoid this transporter at all costs!

I would highly recommend Vom Warsney to anyone looking to transport their furry friend across the country! I was in a bind and needing out of my apartment and move in with my brother by the end of the month and luckily he came through and helped me in the nick of time! He promised he would get bucky from Tennessee to Arizona the next day and he did just that! He made sure my Lil guy was taken care of and was so communicative through the entire process, making sure that he and I were not stressed.
