If I could I would give this company a minus 5. These guys placed there bid, when I went with them we went over all the details very thoroughly, they then had me pay the booking fee the website charges when you select to book with a company. They then cancelled on me the night before pick up. When they hit me up about being able to do the run I explained I was very nervous because how they cancelled last time, they person then guaranteed that wouldn’t happen again. So I gave them another chance against my better judgment. Well guess what, night before they were scheduled to pick up, they cancelled on me again, and they knew it was extremely important that pick up happened that day as dog had to be out by then otherwise owner was tossing it on streets. I will NEVER use or recommend this company, they will screw you and not have a problem doing it. Oh, and by the way, they failed to mention that the money I paid to the website for the booking fee was nonrefundable so there was almost $300 that I lost out on as well.

He picked her up and delivered her to me safe, sound, and healthy in less than 24 hours. I would definitely recommend ADL Logistics for auto transports. We certainly had a few bumps in the road (no pun intended), but they really came through in the end. My contact was Rod. He was fantastic. I had a (huge) issue with an inoperable car sitting in the middle of nowhere, and I initially questioned a couple of the things he told me about how things typically work on resolving such an ordeal. But after a lot of research of my own, I learned that Rod was 100% truthful, honest, and accurate in everything he said. My trust with ADL is very high at this point. The communication was truly unbelievable. Virtually instant, like texting a friend. First off, I should also recommend CitizenShipper. That platform was way better than uShip in my opinion. Once I booked ADL, the communication was effortless. Truly like texting a friend. That alone was worth the 5 stars. The driver they found to transport my car, Clinton, was also great to deal with. Very friendly, calm in his ways, and knowledgeable about moving cars. I tipped him upon delivery (and you should, too!). Overall, despite the obstacles we faced as a collective team, I had a great experience with ADL Logistics. If I ever need a car transported again in the future, I'll reach out to them without hesitation. Between the constant communication, endless support from Rod, and the perfect transport by Clinton, this is an easy 5-Star review. Not even a question.

I'd give this man 10 stars if I could. I was worried about my cats, since they are older, but he transported them over 1.2K miles in a matter of about 30 hours. My pets get anxious in cars and around strangers, not in this case, they were very calm when I picked them up. Multiple rest stops, food, and water was given to them, I was also given access to the location the whole time. Overall, 10/10 experience, I highly recommend Bill. Very nice on pickup however it quickly went downhill. He told me 4-5 days and it took a week and a half to get my baby home. He didn’t send pictures every day like he promised (2/3 of days) and even unshared the location of him and my dog for multiple hours. Additionally, he called me anxious and untrusting when I became skeptical of the changing timeline which he never discussed with me as well as told my sister he would bring my dog back to me if she kept communicating with him (he never called me and took long to call me back when I did) My dog did arrive after a long period but overall poor communication, a lack of problem solving skills and quite rude.

Dee and I arranged for her to transport my three dogs, a 2br apartment and my car. Dee's driver cancelled the night before and Dee did not inform me in time, until I was 1/3 of the way through a cross country flight from GA to CA. She knew I had a flight across the country, and still cancelled when I had already left the state and therefore everything I own in an apartment with a now expired lease. I now have to pay an additional $2000 just to get my dogs and things arranged due to convenience fees. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. This was such a terrible experience.

Aggie was absolutely wonderful! I was very nervous to send my pup up to Colorado but she made the process so easy! Excellent communication through the whole trip with frequent check ins and pictures! She was so loving to my dog and kept him safe the entire journey!
