I booked Terry’s transport through Citizenshipper on Monday, and the transporter undertook a long journey, traveling all the way from New Jersey to Maine back and back to Brooklyn on Friday morning. Throughout the day, I was quite anxious and nervous at work, worrying constantly about Terry’s well-being during the trip. I was told hunter would be traveling separately but was put in a small crate in the trunk of the car. What was promised on the listing and by the driver and what actually happened were two very different things. He did not take care of hunter, was very friendly in person but ruined my puppy's health and I will never be using his services again. Absolutely phenomenal experience. We set up a time for pickup and drop off a few weeks ago and she kept me informed and was able to go pick up the puppy a few days early. The communication and miles she completed shows a skill set, compassion and business quality that I would recommend to anyone needing a service for their current pet or for adopting a pet. My first experience with this company and it exceeds most experiences I've had and over 15 years and we travel for the military every few years so above and beyond I'm so appreciative.. But she truly cares about animals and really has that connection with them to make them feel safe and comfortable. Thankful for her. What can go wrong, will go wrong, and why they get a full 5 stars. I might be one of the few unlucky pet transport stories out there. Sure, 5 star reviews are great. However, it is also important (if not more so) to understand how a business adapts when things go wrong, deadlines are not met, and multiple acts of God interfere with well-laid plans. It was an evolving situation, and Steven and his team went well beyond the scope of expectations to make sure my furbabies made it safely cross-country. Long story short, I booked Steven and his team for a chinchilla pickup. After some discussion, he also agreed to take one of my cats, along with half of my enormous chinchilla cage, which was fantastic. I told him when my flight was, and the pickup date was scheduled with a few extra days as buffer in case he was delayed. This wasn’t my first time using CitizenShipper and pet transport services, but I was pleasantly surprised with how professional the entire interaction was. It was clean and efficient, and he also verified his identity which was a nice plus. Fast forward, he was delayed. Twice. So what was supposed to be a delay of a few days turned into he might not make it before my flight. For a little context, one of the delays sent him to the hospital, and he barely took a break before continuing on his way. Then, a setback and mistake on my end. One day before my flight, I realized the lower half of the chinchilla cage had a completely exposed top (not fully enclosed). I called, and he immediately offered to just use a chinchilla-safe kennel and provided a solution for the cage. Now, with how tight the deadline was, I was very concerned. Fortunately, Steven already tapped into his network and arranged for a driver or foster to care for my pets until he can make it. My pets ended up with a foster hours before my flight, and I was given plenty of video updates during that time. And then, another delay. Snowstorm in the Midwest. We just couldn’t get a break. But after he got out of the snow, he picked up my furbabies, and it was a straight shot from LA to NYC. My cat and chinchilla were delivered safe and sound, and Stephen even went so far as to replace some missing cage parts that were left at the pet foster. Overall, it was an emotional rollercoaster. But throughout the process, Stephen maintained clear communication, provided updates, and made sure the delivery was a success. If anyone is on the fence about hiring Dimensional Logistics, let my story serve as a benchmark for how well-prepared they are for the unexpected.

I have to tell you my experience. Right from the get-go they were honest on time and said what they were gonna do. I had to unfortunately give up my two cats and I found a loving home for them in Virginia. I’ve had these cats for seven years because of unfortunate events in my life, I had to send them off. When Eric arrived to pick up the cats, he was so lovely and caring. It was exactly what I needed. I’m so super grateful for that moment because it was a beautiful memory for me to remember the entire trip. He text me with photos and let me know how they were doing. He would rest his hand in the cage and pet them as they sniffed his hand. It was worth a lot more than what I paid not only did they arrive exactly at the time that he said he kept updating me at one time it was between 630 and seven and then a couple hours before he said it will be at seven and it was exactly at 7 PM. I often rarely review services and this is my first time using this new 21st century mode of fur baby transportation. But if you are reviewing CJs profile and are kind of up in the air about trusting someone with your fur baby to deliver them safely and happy and HEALTHY to you, please look no further. He made a roughly 22 hour drive to deliver her to me, but it only felt like a few hours. He was constantly updating me with photos and videos of their walks, whenever he fed her and gave her water, and was always flexible at any given time for me to call and ask questions. We recently adopted a 5 month old puppy. We wanted to use a specific breeder in Alabama where our last dog came from. We now live in Maine and have never used a pet transportation company before. I was really nervous. I had no idea what to expect. All my worrying was for nothing! Kristin was fantastic!! She picked up my puppy on a Wednesday morning and my new bundle of joy arrived Thursday evening. She sent photos and videos along the way. She was very responsive to any questions I asked. She even stopped for the night at her parents as they were on her route and she’d have to stop for the night anyway. She sent me videos of him getting love and attention. I live pretty rural and she had no issues getting my pup to me safely. I can’t say enough about her. I would definitely use this company and especially Kristin again if I ever need to!

Ashlyn arrived on time at our home in Leesburg, VA and quickly put me at ease. She was very kind and loving. She assured me that she would be in touch a few times a day with updates and pictures and she delivered on her promise! Brandy arrived at our new home in Utah just a few days later. these guys were the best, me and my wife were so nervous about getting a newborn pup deliverd never having done this before, i loved the communication ,Jacob took pictures and videos the whole trip and the pup was in a nice sadan with both him and his wife a private trip with no other pets very personal and hands on they were on time even early and when they arrived they were awesom pet loving people and i felt very comfortable having them at my house they stayed to enjoy tobys first homecomeing / IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET YOU DEFINATELY WANT THESE GUYS THE DELIVER THEM. they are awesome and we are very grateful they were the people toby went on his first trip with.

We were so worried about our cats making a 15 hour drive from LA to Portland. Not only did Natalia have a great set up for the cats, they did great with her. Call it that special something that puts cats at ease. We received photos of the cats along the way and were connected through a tracking app so we always knew where they were in during our journey. Overall great experience. Moving is stressful with cats and Natalia made it made the whole experience easier. Highly recommend.
