These are lovely people who took extra time to spend another night and personally escorted my baby birdie to her new home. I don’t know the new home, but I know J&J, and I would have entrusted her to them for as long as needed. They are not a fake, their pricing was better than most and honestly I think from the pictures that they enjoyed and even loved her for the 3 days they had her. Don’t have your animal driven. Use a flight nanny service. There aren’t many so you may have to poke around but J&J is who I would recommend. I had to re home her for her own happiness even though it broke my own. They are the best guys. I know the system doesn’t allow you to contact a reviewer directly, but to Citizens Shipper please allow people to contact me about this. Better to hear it directly. I'd pick someone else if I were you. Had a contract with a 3 day window. First day passed, so I contacted the 2nd day-they forgot about me and said they got held up in mexico. Ok, I was fine with that. Back and forth messaging and decided to pick up the next day (he wanted to pick up that day but said my cat would be in his truck all night-so obviously I said no and pick up tomorrow-he agreed and said it was up to me). Next day at 4 pm I messaged again for ETA on pickup. 730 pm get a message that he won't be here until 630-1030 am next day. So I contacted citzenshipper who said they would credit me booking fee since the contract was not completed. This person got ticked off that I said no and refund my money because you broke the contract. I wouldn't trust giving my pet to someone like that. I told him to cease communication unless it was to send a refund. His response was that he didn't need my "chump change". Wish I could post the screenshots. This is not a professional way to conduct business. I was more than accommodating with not getting upset about the first and second missed pickup days. Oh, and he said he won't refund me for 30 days. Steer clear if I were you.

Lois was prompt, responsive, and very approachable. She transported my two senior cats from Philadelphia to Washington, DC. When one of my cats refused to go into his carrier, Lois improvised and was able to load him into a separate carrier in her car (earning a few scratches for the trouble!). She shared GPS tracking during the entire transportation process. She was also very patient as I unloaded the cats and put them inside their new home. I would entrust Lois with my cats again. One star if I could. She agreed to transport 2 kittens. She decided she would pick them up the night before and then take them back to what I thought was her home before making the last leg to me. When she was on her way to pick them up, we asked if she could accommodate a third kitten. She wanted an extra $150 but we agreed on $105. A short while later, she sends me a panicked text saying her friend she was staying with would not allow a third cat as she has cats. Wait...what???? She never said there was another person or other animals. What else didn't she tell me? Then she tried to gouge us for a hotel, wanting $150. Um....I travel a lot. While I don't expect a roach coach, a decent Hampden Inn is about $100. We cancel as we weren't aware of other cats/people around our kittens when we booked. And she failed to disclose before leaving. And then refuses to return our deposit for her time. She's sketchy at best.

He texted us regularly in the days leading up to pickup and he showed up for pickup when scheduled. The boat was delivered to the dealer on schedule. Brandon is a professional and is experienced. I plan to ask him to tow the boat back to Montana after the repairs are finished.

Things couldn’t go any better than it did. At first I felt anxious, while I did communicate that to this wonderful driver, she was kind, she provided me with updates to assure me that everything would be okay. Also, she kept sending the cutest pictures of our little puppy which only melt our hearts and filled us up with excitement. On a personal note, I had just left the hospital, Although our driver did not know that, she showed how important it is to be kind to others and she brought our puppy home within hours which was truly needed.
