I was nervous as I had never booked a transport for a pet before. After receiving the bid, I selected Jaja to bring my new family member to my home. Our communication was exceptional and he kept me apprised of all plans, timing and what I should expect the day of transport. The morning came and I received photos of my pup ready for his excursion in a comfortable secure part of the car. Throughout the day I received updates including photos and expected time of arrival. When Jaja arrived with my pet, the dog was comfortable and relaxed. If you are seeking a great person to transport your pet, you definitely can not go wrong booking On the Spot! Highly recommended!!!

I was hesitant because Christian’s Pawsome Journey LLC. is so new to the app. However- my gut feeling was to move forward with them. I received numerous bids, were outrageously high and unnecessary. This app already does the background checks, verifications, FYI there is a cost to booking. Not including the cost to the driver, which IS the bid prompted to go through for the delivery. So cost for app to book is completely separate to the actual driver. Being that this was an unexpected expense, I was able to work out a time and price, in addition to paying the app. But TRUST me, you want to use this app to background and all that for you! So next, let me say this is all you need from this amazing team- in addition to being communicative- having an online tracker to each movement from beginning to end. The absolute care and attention they gave to Sarge was unbelievably valuable. When they dropped him off, meeting them was such a pleasure- the kind of people you want at your dinner table! Sarge was confused lol- he was thinking he was going to be go back with them! Ha! I will be using their services and only them. Happy Journeys ! God bless

Amazing driver! I was extremely nervous about trusting someone with my dog but Jessica and her bestie were so heartwarming when I met them in person! Jessica sent me a lot of pictures and updates on how my dog was doing to the point where I didn’t even have to ask! I flew down to the destination they were dropping my dog off and they arrived earlier than me but they didn’t mind waiting until I landed and got to my destination! I highly recommend anybody that’s scrolling on this app and don’t know who to choose to choose her!! She’s also very considerate for military members as well!

Christian was a delight as a transporter. He comes as advertised and better. He was able to get my dogs across country in 3.5 days (which is fast) while sending regular updates ever couple hours and picking up other pups. I recently booked Kay to transport my Corgi, Leo, and two sphynx cats, Toxica and Shrek, from the East Coast to the West Coast. Kay did a fantastic job! From start to finish, communication was clear, timely, and reassuring. Kay made regular stops every few hours to ensure the pets were comfortable and well cared for. The entire journey was completed in record time without compromising safety or attention to detail. I was very impressed with Kay’s professionalism and dedication. Vince is one of the kindest people that I have ever met. I felt instantly comfortable with him. At no time did I feel that my pets weren't in good hands. He transported my jumping spiders, too! The dogs showed no signs of stress on arrival. It was clear to me that he does indeed take them out frequently during the day for walks and exercise as they are two pups who are very accustomed to a lot of activity and stimulation. I can't recommend him enough to anyone looking to transport their pets!

Veronica was absolutely outstanding! She was exceptionally communicative, shared her GPS location throughout the journey and genuinely invested in my dogs' wellbeing. They were rescues moving from IN to MN, a very long drive, and she stopped with them to attend to their needs (even when they weren't asking), kept me updated throughout, and the dogs had clearly bonded with her by the time they arrived! I can't say enough to about Fallon who transported the puppies too Maryland during a family medical crises . Keep in touch though the entire trip, giving me updates throughout as I was a bundle of nerves.
