My dog has anxiety and can be reactive but Todd didn’t let that hold him back from giving her the best care and love! 10/10 experience and he was very affordable and kept me updated the entire time. They made EXCELLENT time in driving across the US from Georgia to California. My dog was a little disoriented but she seemed to get over it and that is expected for such a culture shock. My only concern was that the price quoted and the ACTUAL total after the CitizenShipper "fees" ($458.99) was much more than what is represented. Perhaps I did not read something additional and I DID pay for the $5000 pet protection plan ($169.00) but, the other "fees" put the price from a quoted $599 to $1057.99. That being said, I am very happy to have my Lyla with me safe and sound.

O my gosh, How happy are we to have found this young man, he is so patient and kind and loves animals, I have been dreading moving toFl from Il for a couple yrs as I didn't think I could do the drive alone so I tried and was right! I found Gage while I was stuck in Memphis Tn and he came out and picked up our very high maintenance terrier mix shes 14 and very anxious and within the 1st few hrs he messaged and sent a pic of her outside walking with him she seemed to be just fine with him, she does bark right away if she doesn't like someone and she took right to him so I took a bus and we met here with great communication at every stop and pics. Where do I begin!! This has by far been THE best experience ever. Jean made it so seamless and easy. She did everything she said she was going to do. We got updated on the pickup, throughout the drive and when she was an hour away and then again when she was 30 minutes out. The fact that Jean only provides 1 on 1 solo rides was very impressive and important to me. Jean even answered all my questions prior to booking her. She was even flexible with the date because as soon as I hooked her I realized I had entered the wrong date by accident but Jean accommodated us. I can’t recommend EM enough! From the moment we booked her to transport my blue nose pitbull puppy, Nova, the level of professionalism, care, and communication was absolutely unmatched. This was so much more than “just a transport.” It was a VIP private ride experience for my pup. Nova had her own comfortable, air-conditioned space, plenty of rest stops, and constant attention. Even with extreme heat (103° outside at one point), EM made sure Nova stayed cool, comfortable, and stress-free — even checking into a hotel to ensure 16 hours of AC and proper rest. The communication was outstanding. I received regular updates, photos, and messages so I always knew where they were and how Nova was doing. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing my dog was safe and happy the entire journey. EM’s level of care is second to none. She sent me photos and videos as she would stop to walk our Mia. We knew exactly how much longer for her to get to our home. It was a long 10 1/2 hour drive from GA to IN and Misha made sure that our puppy was well cared for. I was even on a budget for the transport and A Worthey Ride worked with me to make all of this possible! Their communication was quick and compassionate. I honestly don’t even know where to start. Joe was truly a guardian angel sent to bring my Beau home to us. Joe transported Beau, my 15yo coonhound, from NC to CO under very sad and unfortunate circumstances. Joe went above and beyond to make sure Beau was cared for and well loved the whole trip, all the while easing my anxious mama heart about the journey. He consistently sent videos, pics, and messages to let me know the pups were doing well.He stopped at several dogs parks to give them time to run and play. One of our dogs isn’t friendly with other dogs, and Paul made sure Koda was walked outside the dog park. Paul went above and beyond, and he treated our dogs as if they were his own. He was also very fast in delivering our pups from California to Kentucky. When I picked up the dogs, they were happy and settled (which I wasn’t expecting). Simon did an amazing job in transporting our dog. It was a unique delivery as we did not have much information on our senior pup (rescue) , but he was patient and courteous with all my questions and concerns. He was able to provide a same day pickup, which was EXTREMELY important in our particular case. Simon took time to meet our dog before beginning the journey, which I’m sure helped ease our dog’s stress. GPS tracking and updates were provided throughout the long journey. Absolutely great service. Went above and beyond offering to take care of some last minute airport issues with my dogs. Kept my wife and I updated as to where they were and how they were doing the whole 5.5 hour drive. Even stopped along numerous times to ensure the dog’s got a break after a long flight.
