We had some hiccups at no fault of his, where there were issues with the health certificate for my dog to travel overseas, and he was more than accommodating and willing to take my dog to a veterinarian to help me get the health certificate if needed. My dog Oakley was happy at all times with him. He spent time with Eric and his family and I got pictures of him playing with his children. I fully intend on using him again for the transport of my future pets that I am expecting in the next month. Thank you again to Eric and his family for taking such great care of my dog. Overall car got there safely for a decent rate. Low stars because they called me the day of pick up asking if they could pick up in 1.5 hours (this was the first time they had given me any date or time since I booked). I said no needed until 5 pm so off work, they said they will check with the driver and call me back. 1 hour later the driver calls and says he’ll be there in 30 min (I never heard back from operator). Drop off happened only a couple days later- 6 days earlier than my requested date. Luckily my husband was already there (we were moving cross country) however it was also a 2 am drop off so driver agreed to electronic / touch less drop off. Driver was nice. Overall organization/scheduling not great. Price good comparatively. So just know!
