My name is Sergio Jimenez, I am based in Southern California and USDA certified. My passion for animals started in childhood, I had pets of every variety, and has only grown as an adult. Prior to starting this business my occupation was Humane Animal officer for over 6 years, I loved my job. My dedication was helping voiceless animals everyday, ensuring their well being, then transporting them to various rescues and shelters both local or out of state. With that experience, I’ve decided to pursue my own business ensuring your pets travel safely and comfortably across the United States. I care for your loved one as if they were my own children. I guarantee you will enjoy your experience if you select Homeward Exotic Carrier. MY SERVICES INCLUDE 😊 •Food and Water throughout the trip. • Treats (if allowed) •Frequent updates on pictures, texts, calls and shared location. •Stops every 3-4 hours for potty breaks and to stretch their legs or more if needed. •All kennels are cleaned and wiped down with disinfectant after all trips. • Quality time and attention ➡️Half payment due at time of booking for deposit to reserve your spot and other half due at delivery! ➡️ CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, and PayPal. ➡️Citizen Shipper have their own fee for using the site. It’s not included in our quote and has nothing to do with us. I never see any part of that fee. ➡️PLEASE!! 🚫Cancelations made within 48 hours of pickup will NOT receive a refund.

Sergio took really good care of cash with pics , videos and GPS tracking . There was a last min change and he was very accommodative. I would reckon end to call who needs a dependable , trustworthy transport for your fur baby . I am glad I chose Sergio.. very satisfied!

Absolutely worth every penny, super affordable, super kind and caring with my 2 cats.
