Where do I start…? Well about a year ago, I did a favor to a friend of a friend who was trying to rehome his dogs and took them in due to a family emergency he had in New York. I told him I’d watch them and they’d be right here in AZ when he got back so he was supposed to come back after 3 months and long story short, he never did and I fell in love with those dogs but unfortunate circumstances caused me to have to send them to my brothers which killed me. The whole process was painful. I didn’t know how to go about it or who to trust. Don’t Do it, My Cat was picked up from seller July 22nd. I didn’t receive it until July 30th smh. It was little communication from transporter. I had to keep sending messages and got responses days later. I tried to be understanding with the trip because it seemed that the transporter had issues from start to finish. I was told by the seller when cat was picked up that the transporter had a both of stray dogs that would be in the car with my cat until they were drop off at a shelter and the seller wasn’t pleased at all. I was asked was I flexible with drop off? I said yes, thinking that maybe an extra day or so because I know they have to also sleep eat and rest but to receive my cat 8 days later is crazy a 14 Hour Drive from seller to me and it took eight days. When I finally received my pet and took him into the house, my daughter who was the first to grab the cat from the transporter said the cat smelled and sure enough he smelled like he had just been sitting in pee. Will definitely not use them again and don’t advise anyone else too.

(travel companion) Robert's equipment and trailer was top notch and he secured my bikes perfectly and even brought some blankets to cover them. I love Robert's passion for motorcycles and pretty much everything else in life. We had a good conversation and really put me at ease. He even worked with me on timing of drop off! I can’t say enough good things about Tom, lm he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He transported my puppy from Cleveland to Salt Lake City and went above and beyond every step of the way. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and so thoughtful. He drove over an hour to pick up the puppy, paid the breeder in cash on my behalf (after I Venmo’d him the amount), and even kept the puppy overnight to ensure a smooth travel day. He kept me updated with pictures, messages, and flight tracking the entire time, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I got unexpectedly tied up helping my mom with a medical issue and couldn’t make it to the airport, I asked if there was any way he could deliver the puppy to where I was staying—and he did, without hesitation. She handled him with care and she knew exactly what was needed for him to travel. I'm forever grateful that I found her in such a short notice to bring my dog to the mainland. If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars I would for Peace River Transportation and I would NOT trust Peace River Transportation with any of my cargo needs. My listing was for moving a small boat from Michigan to Alaska via driving through Canada. Once I accepted his bid, William told me that he does not have a passport. He was under the impression that he can drive through Canada with his Real ID only. I forwarded him a link to Canadian Border control website that shows a list of acceptable documents and Real ID drivers license alone is not one of them. He called back and told me that he bid too low and he needed to cancel the bid or his wife may divorce him. Then I found out from a Citizenshipper CS rep that William told Citizenshipper that he cancelled the shipment because I refused to pay him which is a blatant lie. When Citizenshipper relisted my shipping needs, William from Peace River Transportation had the gall to submit a new bid for $2250 higher than his accepted bid on my original listing. This was my first listing on Citizenshipper. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a total waste of time and effort due to William from Peace River Transportation. I would not recommend his service at all. Having read other negative comments, I am sure William will jump in here to have his excuses. My recommendation is to give wide berth around Peace River Transportation. Buyer beware!!

I am truly grateful for Josh and his partner. The picked up my new dog formally known as Roxy now her name is Athena from Florida and brought her to me here in California. A very long trip for them and her. They kept in constant contact, sent me the most adorable pictures of her along the way. They gave her plenty of breaks and took care of her like she was theirs. Tammy from platinum pet transport is the absolute best! We got to know each other via text before she even met my chocolate Labrador! My Labrador was zip tied in her crate for about 20 hours, traveling by plane from Honolulu to JFK. Tammy was amazing, dealing with the people in the cargo area, as she had to wait almost 3 hours for them to finally produce my dog. And then she had to drive for several hours to my location with my dog. By the time the two of them arrived, they were fast, friends, and dogs know when someone loves them and cares for them. Tammy is one of these individuals. She takes her cues from what the dog needs, rather than hurrying to her destination. My dog needed a few rest stops to stretch and drink water and be cared for. I could not ask for a better caregiver for my dog! I will definitely use her in the future. If you are lucky enough to get Tammy as your driver, your pet will have first class service from beginning to end. I highly recommend.Tammy!!!
