Hello, my name is Robert. I am a dog lover, motorcycle mechanic, and adventure seeker. I live in Pennsylvania, and chose CitizenShipper because I think it will be a fun and rewarding experience. I am interested in transporting dogs and motorcycles. I enjoy traveling with the whole family including our three fur babies; Opal, Hank, and Theo. We enjoy going to different racetracks around the country where I compete in amateur motorcycle road racing. A little more about my puppies. Opal is a 7 year old American Hairless Terrier (so not really a "fur" baby) who loves road trips! I know more about dog clothes because of her than I ever thought I would, and she appreciates it! Hank was our first rescue; he is almost 1 1/2 years old and full of energy. We thought he was a Catahoula Leopard dog but his DNA test says he is a Toy Fox Terrier, Chihuahua, Miniature Pinscher, and Pit Bull Terrier. We didn't see that coming, but boy is he a lover! After rescuing Hank, I started volunteering at our local Humane Society where I met Theo (our second rescue and newest addition to the family). He is mostly an American Staffordshire Terrier and American Pit Bull Terrier. We don't know exactly how old he is but he is undoubtedly still a puppy! He was so skinny and shy when we first rescued him but as time goes on he is really starting to flourish. They can all be a handful but we couldn’t love them more! I started working as a full time motorcycle mechanic in 2020 and have been competing in road racing since 2009. I have had years of experience loading, unloading, tying-down and transporting motorcycles. Additionally, I have experience driving a 25’ C class motorhome with a cargo trailer as well as towing a 26’ toy hauler. When it comes to work, I am detail oriented and I take the time to finish each job thoroughly. I understand the value of other people's property and treat it as my own. I take pride in my ability to respect the wishes of others and treat their valuables (animal and mechanical) as I would want others to treat mine. As any dog parent knows, our pets are so much more than just pets. They are our family! I look forward to getting the chance to use my knowledge and expertise to provide you and your precious cargo with an exceptional and personalized experience from start to finish. Awesome to work with. Professional and courteous. Kept me informed all the time of arrival for pick up and delivery. Worked with me when I messed up the pick up location. Loved having my motorcycle secured so well and in a trailer for transport. Do not let the few ratings exclude this driver.

First time doing something like this, but when Robert showed up he was professional and a really cool guy. I should say he wasn't alone he brought his beautiful dog. (travel companion) Robert's equipment and trailer was top notch and he secured my bikes perfectly and even brought some blankets to cover them. I love Robert's passion for motorcycles and pretty much everything else in life. We had a good conversation and really put me at ease. He even worked with me on timing of drop off! Which I greatly appreciated. If I ever need anything else transport will would contact Robert first.

Worked with Robert to have a motorcycle picked up from a dealership and delivered to my residence. It was more of a local delivery so it was nice to deal with someone local and familiar with the area. Can’t say enough about the level of professionalism experienced from the point of booking to delivery. Excellent communication throughout the process and he was able to deliver in a matter of days. Price was much more competitive than other providers that placed bids. I would definitely use again or recommend Crackel Delivery Solutions to those looking for similar services.
