So easy to work with. I gave them all the details of the breeder and my address where to deliver and after I accepted the bid they said they would be in touch in a few days once the exact route was planned out so they could have a good idea on expected times. I text my breeder to let her know what time Crown Canine Transport would be there to pick up puppy and she got a text that morning when they were on their way. I got an update while I was at work that he was on the way with a picture of him at pick up and an update sometime between there and an update when 30 minutes away. It all worked out so smoothly and perfectly. I would definitely use again. My coworkers were amazed that there is a service such as this. I was too, but I did alot of research before deciding to make a six hour drive to Missouri and discovered Citizen Shipper and noted that Crown Canine had such good reviews and I see why.

Andy and Jana are absolutely amazing and I would give 6 stars if I could! I spent hours and hours looking for the right fit to bring my Husky mix across the country. She can be particular and I was really worried about finding a good match, but something in my gut told me to go with Andy and Jana and I was right. My dog immediately took to them and the entire experience was stress free and positive from the very beginning. They promptly answered every text/call/question/concern throughout the process. WELL... I don't even know where to begin! Every time I use citizen shipper... it just gets better and BETTER. Alfredo was amazing! Super flexible, picked up our goods when we needed him to... held them for a couple days while we could fly home to recieve them. He even went back for me... out of his way, to retrieve my car key that I left by mistake! Then he fought crippling atlanta traffic to delive or things. Everything arrived in perfect condition AND all of it was super fragile -- framed art, sculpture, porcelain lamps and boxes of breakables. Tommy gave me a very reasonable bid to transport a newly purchased 22' pontoon boat on a trailer, 389 mi. from upstate NY to the New Jersey shore. I was the third "leg" of his journey via a delivery that he was on from Indiana to Albany NY before he could pick up my boat. There was a stroke of bad luck on his way to Albany. His water pump blew in his truck... on a Saturday evening in No-Where'sville, PA. He was stranded with his current payload delivery for the entire day on Sunday, and couldn't get back on the road until Monday afternoon. I was kept informed by Tommy every step of the process, to get his truck repaired and back in service. I was really impressed by his commitment to the security of the payload he was entrusted with. Not just for what he had in tow at the time, but for my boat as well, once he started out to my destination. My boat was on a brand new tandem axile trailer. Tom knew to check and tighten the lugnuts on all 4 wheels whenever he pulled over for a break. He would also tighten the winchline to the bow, as it was brand new and would loosen with road vibration. We talked frequently, and I always knew right where he was. It's a lot easier to do a job well when everything goes just as planned. It's when it goes sideways that you really need to depend on someone who has the experience to deal with the situation. Tommy is THAT guy. By the time he pulled up to my house with my boat, I felt like we were old buddies. He went through a lot to get my new boat to me, and I will always appreciate the effort it took to get that done safely in the face of adversity. Well done Tommy.
