If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked this mover because of all the glowing 5-star reviews, but my experience makes me seriously question how genuine those reviews are. He promised a 20-foot trailer, a helper, and the ability to complete the job with no problem. What I got was a smaller trailer, no helper, and someone who looked stressed, unprepared, and unsure of what he was doing. His loading skills were so poor that my fiancé had to step in and essentially do the work for him while the mover stood by. Half of my belongings were left behind because he couldn’t load efficiently. He offered to either lower the price or make a second trip; we agreed to the second trip based on his word. Big mistake. The first delivery was late by more than a day. He gave misleading arrival times, causing issues with our storage unit access, and still needed my fiancé to direct the unloading. Communication was terrible; he rarely provided updates unless we chased him down. Today (08/08/25) was supposed to be the second trip. Instead? Silence. Ignored calls. Ignored texts. No-show. This was one of the most unprofessional moving experiences I’ve ever had. The poor communication, broken promises, lack of skill, and zero accountability. Book this mover if you enjoy stress, delays, and doing the job yourself. He’s definitely not strong as an ox.

Kristen was absolutely wonderful from prior to picking up my baby all the way through getting her home. Amazing communication and never minded if I reached out to check on my pup either. From the pictures she sent I just knew my dog was relaxed and comfortable and being her co captain. My dog normally has separation anxiety but Kristen was able to make her feel safe and comfortable right next to her the whole ride of course besides when she would check on her little buddy who was super adorable. Cara was also amazing in her communication in the few days prior to pickup as they were finishing up another transport and starting to us. Missed meeting you Cara and hope you’re doing better. Overall I will absolutely use All The Paws Transport again and I would definitely recommend them if you’re in need of someone they are the absolute best out there!!! Your animal will arrive happy and loved on like it were their own as my dog even slept with miss K just like she does with me!

I truly hoped this would be a 5-star experience, but unfortunately it fell short. Leading up to transport, communication with Kerry was great. The night before, I even texted her wishing safe travels. However, on the morning of pickup, I learned for the first time that another driver—whose name or contact information I was never provided—would be picking up my dog and delivering him to Kerry. At 11:45am on pickup day, Kerry told me the driver was leaving a different city soon that was about two hours away. I asked her to send me an ETA once she had it. When I texted at 1:48pm for an update, she called to say the driver was two minutes away. Shortly after, my cousin called to tell me the driver was asking for a remaining balance of $360—despite the fact I had already paid in full days earlier. Both the driver and I attempted to reach Kerry, but did not get through until 3:45pm (nearly two hours later). The agreed-upon delivery date was the following day, and I worked from home to accommodate. At 2:30pm on the scheduled drop-off day, I was told delivery would be the next day instead. I explained I could be home but had a work meeting from 8:45 to 10am. Hours later, I was given a delivery window of 8–11am. When I reminded her I could not be there at that time, she suggested figuring out a back up receiver. Fortunately, my dog arrived at 6am—happy and healthy. While I’m grateful my dog arrived safe, the last-minute changes, unclear communication, and payment confusion made this a frustrating and stressful experience. I waited nearly a month before posting this review because I understand mishaps can occur, but in this case it felt like one thing after another. Fortunately, this was a one-time need, and I will not be using animal transportation services again.

Wendy was wonderful!! We did not expect to need our dog driven from NYC to LA. Wendy was able to pick up our dog on the day we needed it and then drop him off in LA in only a couple of days. She uses an app where you can track the journey the entire time, which made coordinating to be home for delivery very easy. Best of all, she bonded with our new dog who had been through a lot. Olha was so wonderful to our two mini doodles (one senior dog who needs medication) transporting them from coast to coast (FL to CA!). She communicated with us daily on activities and sent pictures. I was able able to track them with along the drive with airtags that Olha provided. The backseat looked very comfortable for the dogs with blankets and fans. We ended up needing 2 extra days due to our accommodations now allowing dogs, and Olha was a lifesaver and keeping them while we moved to a new home. With all the stresses of moving, Olha was great to work with! Highly recommend!

I used Denny’s pet transport service to move my dog from Lutz, Florida to Snohomish, Washington. During the trip, Denny was very responsive, providing multiple updates and photos each day. I was also able to track the journey using Life360, which was reassuring. However, upon drop off I discovered several serious issues. There was a used cigarette butt in my dog’s bed which had burned a hole. The crate returned to me was not the one I had sent and was noticeably old and rusty. Most troubling, all four of my dog’s paws were raw, bleeding, and appeared to be burned. It has taken weeks of care for them to heal. I made multiple attempts to contact Denny to address these concerns but received no response. While I acknowledge that we should have inspected the crate immediately upon receipt, his lack of communication regarding these serious concerns is unacceptable and incredibly disappointing. I do not know what caused the burns to my dog’s paws. It could have been something as simple as walking on hot pavement. Nevertheless, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the condition in which my dog was returned and the complete absence of accountability. I would not use this service again.

Jayne was absolutely excellent from start to finish. I was relocating from Latvia to North Carolina, and due to airline heat embargoes, my cats could only fly into New York. That’s where Jayne came in, and I’m so glad she did. After already enduring 15 hours of travel in their crate, my two cats were understandably tired and stressed. Jayne went above and beyond to make the rest of their journey as comfortable as possible. She had a tent set up in the back of her car where they could safely stretch their legs and use a litter tray. She even bought them treats, which they didn’t eat (understandably, given their nerves), but the gesture was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. Jayne is a truly lovely lady. Throughout the journey, she kept me constantly reassured with photos and videos, which made a world of difference during such a stressful move. Knowing they were in such good hands gave me peace of mind. 10/10, without hesitation, I would absolutely recommend Jayne and would use her again in a heartbeat if needed. I’m so grateful I chose her.
