I hired Suzanne to bring an 8 week old French Brittany from Michigan to Idaho. Arrangements were easy and pick was on time. Unfortunately, Suzanne had a breakdown in The Wisconsin. She trooped through for a couple days waiting for parts and repair and kept me up to date several times a day with texts and lots of pictures and videos. Once she was on the road again she made very good time and got my pup to me in short order and in great shape. Would definitely book with her again

I can’t speak highly enough of Richard and his wife, Linda they are truly exceptional individuals. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Communication was clear and consistent, and they immediately made me feel confident in choosing them to transport my dogs from Miami to Texas. Richard is not only kind and compassionate, but he’s also a true expert when it comes to animals. It’s clear that he genuinely loves what he does. I am genuinely shocked at how easy and successful this experience was. Jayne was professional, courteous, well prepared, and communicative the entire time. She even went above and beyond the day-of by helping me finish some last minute tasks prior to the trip. Most shockingly, she rose to the challenge of making me feel confident that my pets would be fine over the course of an 8 hour car ride with someone I had not met in person before. Through no fault of hers, I hope it's a long time before I have to move again, but if and when I do, my first task will be seeing if Jayne can pencil me in.

The experience went fine - but during the bid process, they were super attentive and promised same or next day pickup. When I said next day would be perfect, they updated their price to $200 more saying that’s what it took to lock in the next day. When I paid, I instantly lost the attentive guy I was talking to and was transferred to someone else who didn’t honor the date. He swore he had a solid driver that he preferred to use so I reluctantly gave in. Well, the driver who came didn’t even have the right 4-pin light adapter so I don’t believe for a second that he was an experienced professional. I was just scammed. These guys were considerably more than others but I accepted because of the promises made that weren’t kept. Now that said, it was picked up mostly on time (made seller sit at gate for half an hour because he went to the wrong place?) - but he got it to me the next day. One of the tires wasn’t holding air well - I guess he kept it aired up because he made it in one piece but he probably should’ve put the spare on. I had to replace that rim as soon as it got here. All that said, delivery was super quick and it did get here without incident so they do deserve a good rating but had I known they were totally blowing smoke, I likely would’ve gone with someone else purely for cost as some offers were almost half the price.

We had the best experience. From the quick response initially to needing transportation done within a few days. She was amazing to work with. I 100% recomment True Enrichment Logistics. Hayley kept us up to date every step of the way. We talked to her on the phone to go over everything before the transport started. She sent us a group text & pics/videos & let us know how Maui Lu was doing along the trip. She worked around my SIL work schedule to get my MIL cat to her. It was seemless and everyone was extremely happy. Hayley made this stressful issue non stressful for us since it was a short notice issue. Thank you Hayley for everything!
