Our Xander was very anxious on the trip and he patiently stopped so many times for his frequent bathroom breaks, cleaned his crate when he had a nervous accident, and got him to sleep in his arms for a calmer ride. This service was incredible! They picked up my dog from Long Island and delivered him straight to my door in DC and made sure to take him out, play fetch, let him run around, and drink lots of water on several stops along the way. Joe is a true blessing! My elderly mother was moving from Arizona to South Florida and hasn’t traveled in over a decade, and this was her first time traveling without my Dad to help. Temperatures in Arizona and Palm Beach were so high, all of the airlines had embargoes for dogs too large to travel in the cabin, so my mother’s dog could not fly. Holly is an older 50lb Australian Cattle Dog and had never been away from my mother before, either! Joe made everyone feel completely at ease and relaxed even before they left for their over 3,000 mile adventure. Holly was treated like a Hollywood A-List celebrity with a private driver and had Joe and his vehicle all to herself with air conditioning, water and food service. We received regular updates, Joe took Holly for lots of walk/potty breaks, and they made it safe and sound in record time!! Joe was truly prayers answered and the best part of my mother’s big move. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to transport their dog. Far more luxurious and much less stressful than trying to make a flight work. God bless you, Joe!!

ADL seems to have the best track record of the entities that bid on my delivery. After the issues I experienced, ADL Logistics (Rod), reached out to me to try to make things right. He insisted that they would pay the difference, but that ship had already sailed. When I explained the situation, Rod apologized and offered to pay back the initial fees I spent with ADL. ($87 instead of just $50). He explained that he had been out due to illness, and that his office is pretty much a one-man show. With this follow-up service, I will have to bring my initial rating up and I am now a satisfied customer.

The only issue that I really have was the Driver I don’t think he understood what he needed to do considering there was a language barrier. He spoke Spanish only I don’t, but he did try him. He had a bone for translation and stuff he didn’t arrive at the time that he was supposed to And same with the delivery multiple messages to him. He advised me that he was going slow with the camper, I honestly believe that the load was bigger than what he thought it was, but he was nice and he was respectful. He just didn’t deliver or pick up at the times that were originally specified. However, my RV did arrive with no damage inside or out, so that’s the important thing. He was not time orientated but he definitely took care of my RV.

We are so appreciative of Steven & his love and patience with animals & with us. After my father unexpectedly passed, we needed someone to transport my Dad’s 4 year old German Shepherd, Bentley, nearly 2,000 miles from Northern Utah to South Alabama. We were worried Bentley would be traumatized after losing his owner, and Steven made him feel right at home with lots of cuddles & play time. He was even concerned when Bentley wouldn’t eat, so Steven fed him Hamburger Patties & packs of organic Lunch Meat. I was hesitant at first, never used a service like this before. It’s hard to trust your fur baby with a total stranger and especially for such a long ride. Bryan was very friendly and informative upfront and eased my mind and ultimately was why I choose him to transport Canela. Bryan truly went above and beyond, words are not enough to convey the comfort he was able to transmit with every update. He took initiative to send pictures, videos, FaceTime and even shared his location real time with me so I always knew where and how Canela was doing. If Canela could write a review she would give him 10 dog bones! Canela rode first class with a blanket already prepared for her, she got many walks and potty breaks and was able to explore the pit stops till her Beagle nose was content!! There's nothing sadder then being separated from your fur baby. Lorin and his amazing partner were able to reunite us with a long lost family pet of ours. Fate brought me and the person taking care of my sweet Florence back together, only to learn she was possibly going to be going to the shelter. Before this I had no idea these transport companies existed, and boy am I glad they do! They rushed to pick up my Fluffy Queen, took amazing care of her and delivered her right to my door. The entire process was seamless. The mission was to transport a sold new boat to the buyer in Wisconsin and return to us his trade in. They were prompt, early in fact to both deliveries, courteous, and everything about the transaction and transport was a great experience! The communication was excellent. Annie gave my Lucky a ride from Rio rancho NM to Amarillo TX and was able to pick up very early getting him here before noon. Lucky must have enjoyed the trip because he wanted to get back into the car with her. Speaking with Adra was great, she was very reassuring and worked with our schedule moving our very anxious cat. Juan the driver gave him a bigger crate and stayed with him the whole time.
