It was lovely meeting Erica from RAE Animal Transports. She picked up our dog and cat with their heavy duty skykennels from IAG Cargo in Austin to our Location 4 hours away. The pets came from a long haul overseas flight and were treated with care. She drove them late at night and was so patient with them and us. Will always reconsider using RAE if I need transportation for my furry sons. Thanks to Rachel for the swift replies, even communicating from overseas. Mr On Time lived up to his name! Actually, he arrived a few hours earlier than expected. He and his wife kept me informed along the long trip from Texas to MD. My new puppy exhibited sneezing/coughing symptoms the day she was delivered and my vet diagnosed Kennel Cough the next day along with parasite infections. I don’t know if either of her illnesses were contracted before the shipper picked her up from the breeder. I recommend others determine in advance how many other animals will be journeying with your pet to weigh the chances of your pet becoming ill.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have been a dog breeder for many years and my experience with many other companies has usually not lived up to their advertised service. But the service I received from this company was absolutely above and beyond any that I have dealt with, their communications was amazing, their care of my puppy was beyond anything I could ask for to the point of having my little guy sleep on the floor of the bedroom during an overnight ride so he would be comfortable and not cry. I really recommend Gypsie's Fur-Pals Xpress! She told me a day that she could pick him up and drop him off and she kept to that. She kept me updated on the time she was coming to pick him up and after pick up she kept the new owners up to date on her travels to them. She also let me know when the puppy made it to his new home :) I really appreciated her and I will definitely use Gypsie's Fur-Pals Xpress again.

Where do I begin? I’ve used the same shipper for quite some time. So choosing a new shipper was no easy feat! That and the puppies I was having shipped were not only very precious to me, but incredibly expensive. So finding someone I could trust, with their well being and also with them getting to me, was a bit nerve wrecking. However, Courtney was exceptional on every level! Not only did she come through last minute, but she also met all of my needs! She picked up two puppies for me and delivered them to me, in the same day. These pups are good 8-9hours from. So that was very impressive! She also made sure to avoid any allergens that could harm me (as I’ve got lots of allergens). Thankfully, she is not a smoker.
