We recently used Prime Way Transport to tow our boat over 1,000 miles, and overall, we had a great experience. They were incredibly fast in securing a driver—within hours of booking, everything was in motion—and the boat was delivered safely just 24 hours later. Communication was solid throughout the process. While I do wish there had been a live tracking option for more peace of mind, the team kept us updated and followed up with photos confirming safe delivery to the new owner. I’d recommend Prime Way Transport and would use them again in the future. Solid 4.5 stars!

Great job delivering my Carolina Skiff from Southwest Florida to South GA. Excellent communication during the process. Including photographs prior to departure. These photographs helped me identify something that was missing before it left the dealer showing that the dealer forgot to put it on the boat prior to it leaving the dealership. Overall at times things were a little clunky because I was dealing with one person (Micheal) on the bid and the specifics and then he was dealing separately with the driver and then, eventually I was dealing directly with the driver (Brent). Both were very pleasant to deal with and, ultimately, my two pieced of furniture arrived safely. (There were slight adjustments needed to anticipated pick up and drop off times but I think that is to be expected.) Due to dealing with two different people there was a little confusion at the end who was paying who but it worked out.

If I could rate 1000 stars, I would. RM was the best choice possible when booking for our dog. He picked up the booking even though it was last minute, he got the dog here the next day even though it was crazy far, and he made sure to provide lots of pictures and videos to keep our minds at ease. He was very communicative to everyone involved from the pickup location to the destination. He even provided tracking so we could see the journey, along with allowing our dog to have an air tag. He took our dog on lots of walks and he had a spacious area in the back of his car so he was comfortable the whole way. This was our first time booking on citizen shipper, so we were nervous to have our pup traveling with a complete stranger for over 1700 miles, but I can say it was worth it 100% I’m glad we found RM and I seriously cannot recommend him enough, the trip was just perfect and the driver was the nicest guy we could’ve found. Matt was absolutely incredible. He was able to accommodate me on short notice and didn’t hesitate to drive all the way out to the middle of nowhere in Vermont to pick up my dog. You can immediately tell how much he genuinely loves animals — it shows in the way he talks to them and handles them with so much care. My dog warmed up to him instantly. On top of that, Matt is a great conversationalist and a genuinely kind human being. I usually have a lot of doubts and worries when it comes to transporting my dogs, which is quite understandable, but he completely erased them. We recently welcomed our sweet Malshi puppy, Noki, into our family, and none of it would have gone so smoothly without Kathleen — an absolute gem of a flight nanny! From the start, this wasn’t a straightforward process. Noki was located in Candler, North Carolina, Kathleen is based in Miami, Florida, and we’re on the other side of the country in Seattle, Washington. Add in a fair amount of back and forth on my end about which puppy I was going to go with, and it could have easily been a stressful situation. But Kathleen? She was nothing but flexible, understanding, and supportive — always letting me know she was good with whatever I decided. To make things even more complicated, I accidentally gave both Kathleen and the breeder the wrong contact information, which delayed their ability to communicate. But through it all, Kathleen stayed cool, calm, and collected. Her professionalism never wavered. When it came time for transport, she went above and beyond. She picked up Noki and ensured she was flown safely to us in a brand new carrier — because as she rightfully says, reusable carriers can be questionable, and our new puppies deserve the safest, cleanest start possible. She kept me in the loop at every milestone along the way and sent adorable photo updates at each stop. And let’s not forget — she’s absolutely hilarious. Her warmth, humor, and positive energy made the entire process feel easy and fun. Kathleen brought Noki home to us safely and with so much heart. Lucy was transported from Texas to North Carolina, which took 5 days. Upon her arrival, She also had pressure wounds on her extremities and buttocks, was unable to sit/lay down without pain. In addition to this, the driver requested payment PRIOR to arriving with Lucy. In addition to this, the driver requested payment PRIOR to arriving with Lucy. I rushed her to the vet, where the vet advised her buttocks had be "scorched" from sitting in her own urine/stool for an extended period of time. She is now taking pain medication, antibiotics by mouth as well as antibiotic ointment - which will be required for the next TWO WEEKS.After incurring an expensive vet bill, I reached out to the owners of this company, who claimed they "didn't know what happened.

Tamara was so amazing transporting my dogs from Atlanta to Louisville. Because we were coming off two international flights from southeast Asia, she recommended the pups take it in two days. After chatting with Tamara in several messages and checking out her website and reviews, I felt we were safe to take Tamara’s advice. I was nervous to ship my pets as I had never traveled with either of my rescue babies; I wasn’t sure how they would do. I have a 4.1 kg mix and a 12.7 kg mix. The little one doesn’t know a stranger, but my older dog had been abused and mistreated before, and while he’s a very good boy, he can be skittish and doesn’t tolerate being picked up. As I’ve said, Tamara was fantastic. Her communication was prompt and clear prior to booking. Once she placed a bid and I accepted, she continued the clear communication. She picked up the babies at the international inspection kennel and I got to meet her. She was warm, informative and reassuring and kept on touch with me via WhatsApp. She sent pics from the rest stops and when they were settled for the night. I took a flight to Louisville and they arrived in the morning happy and healthy and clearly taken with Tamara. I would use Platinum Pets again. They are a small business and the drivers are military veterans. Tamara is truly a dog whisperer and 150% dependable. So grateful we found her on Citizen Shipper!
