Emails would go days without being answered before the transport. We are extremely happy with Steven’s incredible 5 stars service. He exceeded all our expectations! From the moment I spoke with Steven his genuine care for animal welfare and his passion for what he does became very apparent to me. I'm super happy I went with him. Gigi my 12 yo calico is extremely shy and easily spooked. When Steven came to pick her up at my house I could not find her. She had gone into hiding. I asked Steven to help me look for her and he found her within 2 minutes in a very unusual hiding place. He understands animal. He picked her up and I could see the professionalism in the way he picked her up and he assured me that she would not move out yet to make a run for it because of the way he held her. And she didn't. He put her in a comfortable, very large kennel for a cat of her size where she could stand up and turn around. He kept me updated multiple times and even sent videos during the 1400 miles journey which helped me greatly to relax seeing first hand how my cat was coping. I am beyond thrilled with Maykel's service. I needed my Rottweiler transported as soon as possible. Not only did he offer the fastest transportation out of all the bids that I received but he really went above and beyond. I was in a difficult situation, my dog was stuck in an animal shelter a state away from me and Maykel and his team navigated his retrieval from animal control so seamlessly. His team even stayed overnight in a hotel to be able to pick my pup up as soon as the shelter opened in the morning. I received the best communication and updates including photos of my Ōni on his way to me. They even gifted us a beautiful leash since he didn't have one due to being at the shelter. I'm eternally grateful for their efforts in reuniting us, especially since I was dealing with a difficult family emergency. They will always have my full trust.

We were supposed to do a nonstop flight to Spokane Washington the person picking up the Puppy asked to change the dates to 12th so I asked them and they said yes and did not let me know that it was not gonna be a nonstop flight and I booked two months in advance and didn’t get the itinerary until about 15 hours before the flight so I couldn’t cancel or make new reservations because it was too late. Did not offer any kind of compensation even apologize for not letting me know that it was not gonna be a nonstop. That’s the only thing I have to complain about besides that they were super nice and made sure the puppy had a great time and that means a lot.

Last night Tina delivered my little dog to me and I want to tell you how much Tina cared about the situation I was in and about getting this little guy to me as fast as possible. My daughter passed away this week unexpectedly and I am so emotionally distraught I can’t think straight. But I knew the first day my concern was getting her dog from California to Missouri as fast as possible because he would be grieving like me and he was her life for 4 yrs. Just get my cat transported! 1100+ miles from Texas to Arizona. Karla and her husband did a wonderful job. They are very friendly and responsible. My cat was way calmer than I thought when I saw him. I was so surprised. And the price is very fair too. If I wasn't on budget I would have pay more. Definitely will choose K9 rides if I need pet transportation again!

Horrible. I recommend never booking with this person. So caught up with his other “businesses” that he can’t go through with the stuff he makes people pay for. I had to pay 410 dollars upfront and the rest when he delivered our stuff. Well he wasn’t answering any calls or messages, only answered one and i booked him a month in advance. After two weeks of me asking if everything was still on schedule and calling asking for an answer so i can figure out other plans he never responded. I had to report the charge to my bank as fraud and get my money back. Nobody can get ahold of him, although he seems to be very active on facebook going live about his “used car dealership”. It was an apartment complex and had a specific date i gave the office i was vacating and made that known to him it had to be on April 9th. If i didn’t text him to figure out if it’s still on schedule and call, i would be waiting and he would have never shown. I cannot say enough horrible things about this guy and his “services”. his businesses must be failing horribly because i had to get the money back from my bank. Even after telling him i reported this to my bank as fraud he still had not reached out at all. Still very active on facebook though! I also knew i wasn’t getting my stuff transported when out of nowhere his account on citizenshipper had been locked for some reason. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS FOOL. DONT LET THE FEW GOOD REVIEWS GET YOU.
