WOW!!! Where do I even start? I needed a transport Nanny for my newest family member a little splash Boston Terrier. When I submitted my information on Citizen Shipper I received a lot of quotes for transport, but we still had 2 months before my little girl could be transported and choosing the right transport Nanny was scary and important to me. I ended up accepting Ms. Barbaras quote and we began communicating immediately. Ms. Barbara made me feel so comfortable that I just knew my little girl would be safe and would be delivered safely. About a month into communicating with Ms. B, I needed to add an additional puppy to be transported and she was completely okay with that. Ms. B picked up my little girls, on a Tuesday out of Camden, AR and delivered both my girls safely by Wednesday afternoon to Tucson, AZ. Ms. B stayed in constant communication along the way and the girls where so happy when they arrived at their new forever home. Steven is an amazing person!! When I started researching and looking for someone to transport my mom's dog from Texas to New York after she passed, I had a lot of people giving bids and a standardized statement about who they are, what they do, and such. There was something about Steven's message to me that struck a chord, so I provided some specifics about Honey and he had all the right answers with complete understanding and compassion pertaining to our situation. To say I was nervous and stressed the night before and the morning of pick-up is an understatement. As we were going through introductions I was completely overwhelmed as I was entrusting a stranger with the safety of mom's "best girl". Honey has had someone with her 24/7 for the last 3 years and now mom is gone and she is going for a 3 day car ride. Steven saw the dam break in my eyes and was right there to reassure me that Honey would be well cared for, she would get one on one time with him, and he would take the best care of her. As they drove away, all I could do was pray I made the right decision. I received updates every time they stopped for rest breaks, pictures (Steven learned Honey does not like her picture taken), and updates on her drinking and eating. She was not eating well, but she would eat her "treats" which could tained her meds, so we were happy with what we could get. Steven followed my suggestions and Honey did amazingly well, considering she does not like car rides. When she arrived, she was tired but happy to see me and not an ounce of negative reactions towards Steven!! To me, that was the best sign of all, Honey was still wagging her tail, perky ears, and asking for pets from him. All my anxiety was laid to rest in that moment! I cannot thank Steven enough for taking such good care of Honey. When I head back to Texas, I will actually coordinate my flights to pair up with his schedule. I believe mom was guiding me towards him and for good reason! Steven is so caring, he loves what he does, and he kept his promise to me to provide me with updates - and not a couple of sentences, I received detailed descriptions of how Honey was doing. If you need someone to transport your fur baby, consider using Pawsitive Trailways, you will not be disappointed!!

Took a deposit and guaranteed my trip a full month before the trip. They then TEXTED me, didn't even call a week before my booking date to tell me that they booked another trip and had to cancel with me. This is after taking over 600$ as a deposit (which they say they will refund within 7 days, you know right in the middle of my MOVE ACROSS COUNTRY) and guaranteeing over the past 3 weeks that we were all set. I have since spent over 8 hours trying to get someone from their company to talk to me, to at the VERY LEAST send me an email confirmation that I am being refunded. I have received no reply. I have called multiple times, which just redirects to drivers who tell me that someone will call me back ( they haven't). An absolute mess of a company that doesn't know how to schedule, communicate or work with customers to ANY degree. I strongly recommend you find a more reliable company.
