Of course! Here's a revised version: I don't usually write long reviews, but with Gina, I have to. She went above and beyond to take care of my little boy as if he were her own. She made sure he ate well and slept well. She even went to Walmart to get his favorite veggies, treats, and toys without me even asking. She gave me peace of mind that my baby was in the right hands. I would recommend MPTransport to anyone needing to have their pet relocated/transported. They relocated my cat from Charlotte, North Carolina to Houston, Texas. They picked my cat up as scheduled and gave regular updates on their trip and expected arrival in Houston. My cat is pretty hostile in a new environment, but they were patient with him and updated me on how he was doing; even driving straight through the night to get him to Houston early so he could be back in a comfortable environment. I'd had a bad experience before so I can attest that there are some transporters that will not do a good job, however, MPTransport is a very professional, high-end service that will get your pet to their destination on-time while taking extra care that they, and you, are as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Highly recommended.

In considering transport, I couldn’t help but think that while hiring someone to drive could be effective, but it concerned me thinking about a puppy being in the car for a couple days to get from AR to CA, that’s a tough, enduring roadtrip. That’s when I discovered Maykel and the option to have him “nanny” the pup, in-cabin, all the way home. Bottom line, If I could give 10 stars I would. An absolute professional. Maykel was easy to work with, shared some good laughs too. When he says, “don’t worry, he’ll get things handled” he means it. Just know your pet will be in the best care on the journey home. He cares about the details, and even without asking, he followed up with status updates with not only us but our breeder as well. That goes a long way. They also confirmed the pickup so I could pay the breeder ( I was leery of being scammed by sending money online before I knew the puppy was real). The puppy was happy and playful when she arrived. They also sent pics along the way, and I could track where they were along the journey. Also delivered the puppy closer to me, even though the drop-off was supposed to be an hour away from me. Justin was the absolute best choice to transport both my dogs from LA to Long Island, NY - directly across the country! He updated me daily, sending videos and pictures. He was extremely nice, professional, and clearly loves what he does! I was definitely nervous about not being the one to drive my dogs across the country, but unfortunately I didn’t have the option and needed to get back to New York ASAP and had to send my dogs separately. I have a 2 1/2 year-old pitbull and a 14-year-old Puggle who is mostly blind and deaf in his older age, so it was really important to me that someone could be capable of taking care of both of them with their individual specific needs. He went above and beyond with both of them, I felt completely comfortable with them in his care. 10/10, highly recommend!!

These two people are amazing! My dog tore his ACL and I needed to get him to Colorado from Washington for his surgery. They were really flexible with my budget as it was an emergency and I did not have much money since the surgery and vet visits took it all. Copper slept between them the entire ride relaxed and enjoying the trip. I was connected through Life360 for GPS, pictures, and updates throughout the entire trip. Even when they stopped to sleep, Copper was sleeping in the bed with them. I would 100% pick WhiskerWheels Transit for any of my dogs every single time.

What a nightmare. The owner may be a smooth talker but he is a liar. After accepting his bid to transport a puppy from Pa to SC he sent me a long contract. After signing he told me they in fact could not pick up the puppy on the day requested. He said it had to be Thursday. I explained we were out of town traveling and in a different time zone. No one would be available to accept the puppy. Regardless of the facts and circumstances he pushed for Thursday. The owner then said they would coordinate pick up with the breeder. They didn’t, he didn’t even call the breeder, I spent hours back and forth (ruining our family vacation). The pick up time was changed 3 times. Then I finally heard from the driver. He would be there at 7am Friday morning. I woke up at 4am my time to be available and make sure the transfer went smoothly. Not a word. Two hours late the driver reached out. The driver lost his temper on the phone and was so rude. (He did later apologize but come on.!) The owner of skylars logistics reached out with more excuses. Not an apology to me, the breeder who waited before going to work or his pregnant wife, the neighbor who came to help... The nightmare continued. I asked the driver to send a picture upon pick up to confirm it was the correct puppy. Hours went by. He finally sent a photo of her scared in a dirty cage with nothing but a pee pad. We could hardly make out if it was the right pup but had to trust. I mapped the time for the drive just under 11 hours. I confirmed and reiterated to the owner and driver I wanted a same day delivery which was requested prior to even hiring them. Sorry but I don’t like the idea of a young puppy in a filthy cage alone in 39 degree weather over night. Yes I checked the temperatures in Pa. They said it would definitely be Friday night. Our flight landed back home at 10:00pm I touched base and asked for an update. Delivery would be at 3:00am!?!! How disappointing and disrespectful. The drive should have had him to our street by 8:30pm…The owner then texted it appears the driver would be earlier than anticipated. So at midnight I asked for an update. No response. 1am checking for eta. No response and so on 2:30, 3:00am came and went no contact. 4:00am 6:30am… I stayed up all night and never heard from them. No consideration no respect for the client or puppy. He just sent excuses they were tired. The driver was clearly overbooked with deliveries, a span of poor management. The puppy was finally delivered at 9:00am. The driver apologized. The owner sent me a sappy text about not being born with a silver spoon. News flash 95% of the world isn’t born with a silver spoon. We spend a lot of money on these puppies and should be given consideration. No apology just send the rest of the money after you get her. Do NOT use this company unless you want to be stressed out, lied to, jerked around and disrespected. I’m left in complete disgust.

WOW! I cannot say enough about Deborah! My 2 VERY LARGE Newfies have been doing nothing but crying since she left, sitting at the door waiting for her to return. She is loving, caring, responsive (constant updates with photos and videos) actually everything you would want when transporting your precious cargo from New Jersey to South Florida.
