I made arrangements with Martin months in advance. He was unable to fulfill the job as he reports being involved in a car accident. about 6 weeks from when he was supposed to transport my dogs. He never reached out to me. I had to initiate all communication. He assured me that even though he had the accident, he had enough time to recover and acquire new transportation. On March 29, 3 days before he was supposed to pick my dogs up, he reported being in the hospital and would know later that day if he would be able to make the trip. Again, this is after I reached out to him for an update. We never heard back from him so I had just 3 days to make other arrangements and it was a nightmare. In addition to just ghosting me, he never returned the deposit that I gave him to book the dates. Seems like a nice guy but unprofessional how he handled the scenario.

They brought my Aussie that was rescued from a Kill shelter in San Bernardino CA over 1,900 miles delivered right to my doorstep. It took about 36 hours for them to make the trip. They sent frequent video and text message updates. And their fee was less than 1/3 of what some of the drivers here on Citizen Shipper were offering me. There were a few who offered a fee just a little higher that Arete but in the end Arete offered the best price and in my opinion they provided the best service I could have asked for!

It was such a smooth process and we were super worried because of her being a rescue and us not necessarily knowing how it was going to go. Omer and his brother are awesome. Our dog has special needs (he has multiple seizures per day and requires lots of meds), so this was not an easy transport. However, Omer and his brother did a fantastic job taking care of him. Throughout the trip they sent videos of our dog and even recorded themselves administering pills each time with timestamps so we could know he was on track with his medicine schedule. If you have a large dog, Omer’s car is perfect - he has a large minivan with the center seats removed so your dog has a large, comfortable space to relax throughout the trip. (Pics on his profile) I can’t recommend Omer and his brother enough. His communication and attentiveness made us feel comfortable knowing that our dog, who has lots of unique requirements when transporting, was in great hands. I would 100% work with Omer and his brother again and I suggest you do the same. (Especially if your dog is large and has unique car requirements).

this experience has honestly hindered me from ever using citizenshipper ever again. it was too much of a hassle to get my puppy delivered. the delivery date changed numerous times and i ended up meeting the driver in a nearby state instead. you don’t really know who you’re dealing with, no one is ever on the same page when you have questions, and this company does not offer gps services that’s listed in the services that they offer fyi. i don’t think i would ever use this company in the future.

There are no words to sing the praises of Marlayne. From the time we were first in contact she stood out among the dozens of bids I received. She was asked to transport a large dog I adopted from Best Friends Animal Society in Kanab, Utah to my home in Atascadero, CA which is about 600 miles. I had not met my new adopted dog renamed Carly so Marlayne contacted Best Friends and learned all she could about Carly. She brought a large crate but Carly was too tall to fit in it. Thus, Marlayne asked for a halter and leashed her to the back seat. Carly was very "needy" of love and laid her head on Marlayne's shoulders and received lots of petting and scratches behind the ears. Love for 600 miles. On the drive Marlayne stopped for walks and potty breaks and sent us pictures along the way. Carly arrived safely and securely and was worth every penny of Marlayne's low bid. Thus, we upped the money we paid her to match the high bid of other bidders. She was worth every penny and I feel like I have a new friend. You have a lot of choices to choose from to transport your precious pet. Choose Marlayne. You won't be sorry.

It was a very tough decision we had to make sending our puppy back to her breeder. We spent many hours researching the best way for a puppy to travel long distances, as she would be going from NJ to FL. We finally decided ground transport would be the least stressful as she had already flown air cargo to us. We came across the Great Dane Fam who had certifications, registrations, trainings, and rave reviews. After some hemming and hawning we decided they would be our best option with the amount of security blankets such as pet CPR and a 24/7 on call veterinarian. When Cliff arrived to pick up our pup he was understanding of how hard it would be to say goodbye and allowed us a few minutes to be with our pup before she went on her journey. He assured us she would be taken care of and that we would get updates as they traveled over 1,000 miles. She arrived safe and sound back in Florida and we couldn't of asked for a better service at the best price out of a dozen companies. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a pet transport and I recommend them to you reading this 100 fold.
